Arrived in super quick time but was creased all over I know when it s travelled it would be a little creased but this was terrible I was very disappointed with how it was sent as this had obviously been sent in this condition Quality of Ralph Lauren dress was lovely as I expect but too big and i had ordered a size smaller as I had returned my usual size

I brought a 100 belt but it was too small It was my first order so I got 15 off Because I had to change it for a bigger size I lost my 15 discount Very disappointed I lost it because the belt was to small Why couldn t they just exchange it being my first order

Expensive delivery and returns One top arrived with what looked like a red lipstick mark on the front - it was a white top so not sure how that got through quality control Customer service weren t great resolving the issue but other than that they have a good range

Great service and found a good bargain Delivery cost higher than most and not aware until check out Paying for both delivery and return will stop me using The Hut in the future Paying for one or the other is acceptable but not both Item was too small returned so now I have nothing but am down 9

Tables were much darker than showen in the pictures simply enough to build because of colour diffrence going to give it 3 stars shame because they are such nice tables

Thieves Return items and you will NOT see your money back or the items back at least I returned 2 pair of boots on 16 Feb 24 they appear they were delivered to their warehouse on 18 feb24 Both orders were returned in the specified return window of 28 days both pairs of boots were ordered on 1 feb and 14 feb Customer service was of NO help with very generic answers I have no emails from them no answers nothing nothing I see a lot of other reviews that relate the same experience as mine Their terms and conditions states that they will process your refund in 5 days since the good have status delivered in their warehouse - Yes i did receive a call on Saturday 2 March from Public relations Not customer service It took this bad review in order to get my return sorted out more than quickly Was that so hard On Monday the Money was paid back to my account Changing the review from 1 start to 3 stars Positive feedback is that the delivery is quite fast prices are decent and public relations moved fast to resolve my refund but that only after posting a 1 start review

Royal Mail let you down as they do You kindly upgraded my delivery free of charge to next day and Royal Mail confirmed this but then decided to let you know they had delivery problems The goods eventually arrived yesterday when Royal Mail decided they could deliver I would review your delivery partner Very pleased with the Goods sent however

The rucksack arrived very quickly and was certainly of excellent quality However the colour was nothing like the photo of the rucksack In the picture it looked very like black but on arrival it was actually a really light khaki green There was no colour indication in the description tho perhaps the fact it was called Evergreen should have given me a clue I have returned it and am waiting for the refund
