11th March amendment This was my first order with The Hut so we didn t get off to the best start That being said Liam has restored my faith in the company and although I still have my doubts moving forward based on the customer service I m willing to overlook this Wrong item arrived Asked for an exchange to the actual item that I ordered item is no longer in stock My guess Fulfilment saw my item was out of stock so they just sent a different variant just to fulfil the order No idea when the item is going to be restocked and the promotion code used ends in a couple of days Will the item be back in stock within the next 3 day s before the promotion ends probably not Disappointing and a complete waste of time

The delivery was ahead of schedule and trouble-free Easy to use the website The only slight gripe I have is that the shirt s description should have made it clearer that it was slim fit from the start Having said that the shirt fits well and is very well made I love the colour as well

Belt sold as one size It came and was way too big Cost me 5 in delivery and 3 returns DisappointedUpdate Happy that they refunded me the delivery and returns They do need to change the one size to XXXL though

I would be grateful if you would contact me regarding a return The online system is not allowing me to register the return even using the 00000 I have tried calling this morning and late afternoon but your lines keep saying you are closed The chat service is not available either

I have experienced really poor customer service from The Hut over the last couple of weeks however I spoke to Amreen today who was very helpful and dealt with issues promptly I would give 5 stars but purely for the fact that I still need something completed based on this interaction is why I haven t

I contacted the hut regarding my returned parcel Cara was very helpful and advised that the parcel had arrived back but that it takes up to 14 days for the refund to be processed As the product I was returning was expensive I just needed to know it had arrived She was very pleasant and advised the information I required
