I ordered the Witcher Rivias sword for my boyfriends birthday on July 27th It was on back order and i was worried it wouldn t be here in time they have AMAZING customer service Sarah and Yilin sent me an email saying when it was back in stock they would send it for priority shipping and we re so helpful It arrived earlier than it said it would and my boyfriend is OBSESSED he s literally fangirling to all of his friends If you re thinking about getting one it s worth it a million percent Just because the customer service AND the quality amazing and out of this world 10 10 THANK YALL

I ordered from knights vault 2 lord of the ring swords both arrived well packaged Both were impressive quality for the price there was a small issue with delivery but after a quick call to the knights vault it was all sorted top quality service

Anduril flame of the west

Ordered Anduril beginning of April on a back order was messaged straight away stating it was back order and if I was happy to wait if not they would give a full refund They gave a rough estimate also on when it would arrive which was spot on For the price it is 10 10 great quality even with a leather sheath also of a high quality Mine did arrive without the hooks to mount the sword onto the plaque but after a quick email and very fast reply they have sent out replacements for it Will definitely be ordering again and will recommend to anyone in the market for such things Thanks again
