Terrible experience avoid at all costs Ordered an item over two months ago no response to any of my emails and still no shipping information or details Avoid at all costs as looks like this is happening to a lot of people

Terrible customer service I ve ordered my item over week ago it hasn t been dispatched yet they claiming they got all stock in UK I ve payed for courier delivery aswell to get it ASAP wrote two emails no respond What s the point to have a shop like this or its just a scam

Don t give these con artists a penny

Ordered bar stools paid 300 and 4 weeks and several emails later still nothing Luckily ordered on credit card so in the process of getting money back through there Don t understand how they re still advertising online and not closed down yet

This website is a scam don t be tricked

Ordered two barstools from this website on June which have still not arrived We did manage to get our money back by disputing the charge however this merchant then subsequently disputed the claim back knowing full well that they are a con artist and the goods had not arrived Make it make sense Avoid at all costs unless you want a long process trying to get your money back All attempts to get in touch with the company were unsuccessful naturally
