Horrible and rude customer service and the shoes sold are so tight fitted it s impossible to get a toddlers foot into them Most definitely will not be ordering from here ever again

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers for birthday present as I thought it was a uk seller on the 10th of July they took payment and nothing in response to emails So I was curious and googled the company name with trust pilot at the end and came to realise this has happened to so many other people This company needs shutting down Absoule joke

My order number 1091The owner of this business is an absolute scam She presents her business as a bespoke British boutique when in reality she sells cheap shein china clothing She blocked me on Instagram and stopped replying to my emails when I pushed back on her with regards to the quality and fit of the outfits I got my toddler If you order from this business you re expected to pay for the return postage even after what you received was nothing like what you expected Absolutely awful business

Not worth the time and money

Shipping is meant to be up to 14 days 5 weeks passed and the 2 pairs of trainers I ordered hadn t arrived I tried to contact on all platforms and not until I commented on an Instagram post from clubhouse infant they replied to my message to say that there was an issue with the supplier but the backlog of orders were being processed Finally received the 2 pairs of trainers poor quality don t look like the photos the cuttings were still attached and the bottom trim of the trainers which have been painted are all wonky This is clearly someone drop shipping products from China Better off ordering direct from Ali express for 1 4 of the price

Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago no sign of my order Have contacted them and have had nothing back Avoid Update - To add that ClubHouse Infant were quick enough to flag my review on here as harmful illegal but still haven t heard a thing from them as to where my order or refund is

They re selling fake items

They re selling fake items ship them from china and expect you to pay return postage for an item that they sold to you as a supposed original when it s far from it Do not buy in trying to save a of money through them you ll end up having a counterfeit item which you did not want All under the false pretense of selling authentic goods

Made my order on the 5th September Originally emailed and was told the shipping policy of 7-14 working days This has come and gone I ve sent numerous messages on different platforms with no reply I had requested a refund in one email with no reply I got one reply last week which was vague that it had been sent via Royal Mail and wasn t able to give tracking details It is still saying on Shop app that this order is pending I spent over 50 on this order This was trainers for my son im now left with no choice but to contact my bank and hope that I can say this is fraud to receive my money back After reading other reviews this is either a company committing fraud or someone over their head that cannot deliver customer service to a level that it should be
