No Instructions on how to activate

No Instructions on how to activate You force to purchase at different site and you cant log in to the themco site no new registrtaion option on themeco site so you can enter your registration from purchase whole process annoying and frustrating

Paying for support doesn t mean you ll receive it

I purchased the license for the 907 Theme which includes 6 months of support Once I tried to install the theme it would not work because it required an updated theme specific core plugin I went to the theme support forum and found that the theme creator has not be active nor replying to anyone s problems for months So I was stuck with a 55 theme I could not use

Make sure all the framework versions highlighted I downloaded a project template which supports angular and other framework also I assume that they are using latest versions After I purchased then I realised they did not upgrade their version last 2 years

Difficult to get a refund for problem software

The developers of the product considered me as a voluntary tester of their software I requested a refund but have not heard anything back The response from the helpdesk of the company was very fast but complicated After 6 weeks of debugging I still have no working software

They sale theme that offers no customers supports from company that soon close business and you end up with a WP theme that won t be supported much longer They themselves offer little to no help except an endless FAQ People still need to talk to someone when they have been wronged Just go somewhere else

The theme is not easy to use and some of the plugins are out of date and or non functional Decided to go a different route

I have been using themeforest for a while but have only recently realised the refund or return policy is non-existent Ended up buying 2 website templates because I can return the first one I couldn t even install the first one but to be fair the author got back to me quickly but it was using multiple add ons so as soon as the 6 months support ends I ll be paying extra for support and that negates the whole reason I use WordPress - because it is free I want to buy a template happy to pay good money for one but then I don t want to have to pay anything else WordPress is updated for security I shouldn t need to pay for support for something I have already paid for If I buy a TV and it breaks 3 years later I can still pick up the phone and ask a question It just seems shady profiteering practices unfortunately By all means use their website if you re happy not to get a refund if you change your mind within 5 minutes of buying something I m pretty sure that is illegal in the UK Distance selling regs mean you can get a refund up to 30 days

I purchased a very dysfunctional WordPress theme that had good reviews but was a nightmare to set up Theme Forest has a very poor refund policy so I won t get my money back even though I ll never use the theme My advice invest in a good WordPress theme off of Theme Forest

there is no service available how poor i was choosing a theme and want to give back for a Reason It wasnt IMPOSSIBLE to fine any chat or Mail Contact now ai choose another Software A running shop with that poor not existing Service no way
