retrofitting a site that was prepared by someone else no complaints just difficult to know what we keep and what we get rid of to make site easier to navigate at back end

Some packages that I bought can not download I know some vendors are not available but you should keep source code for buyers for download next time

Clarification on products - prebuilt or not

I am new to WordPress and a friend was giving me pointers on pre-built sites that you can modify I found the perfect site for what I am trying to accomplish and bought it However the demo site you show is nowhere close to complete All the stuff in the demo you have to build yourself As I said new to this and trying avoid that to be faster to start Ended up having to buy a second site from Avada that was prebuilt Clarification on this would be great

Vendors Must Offer Basic Product Lifetime Support

Vendors are not locked in to provide support While no body provides advanced support basic support using a forum ish software is a must

A few issues

Pricing remains high and there are two overarching issues I have with Themeforest 1 That some purchases made are removed from being available for download with no forewarning and no explanation meaning if I was to lose my original downloads I d have no way of accessing what I ve paid good money for That seems unethical 2 There does not appear to be any kind of quality control process in place to ensure that live demos are always available for all products offered meaning that there are times when you have to spend money in the hope a purchase is going to be as good as its screenshots but that s rarely ever the case resulting in money wasted with no way of obtaining a refund

Customer support accountability

Customer support should be a priority and should be covered by your company I know you have no control over the vendor but if the vendor has poor customer support that will also reflect on you

Getting worse over time

I ve used hundreds of themes from TF over the years Themeforest is the best place to buy a WP theme and for most other CMSs They have more inventory than anywhere else But as it s grown things have gotten worse Due dil on the products gets thinner and thinner For example Themeforest reviews a complex theme and awards it Well Documented status In reality the documentation is useless Superficial inacurate and generally unhelpful It s entirely misleading for a customer Moreover many theme authors upon recieving a bad review offer to refund the buyer their money This removes the review from the listing They are gaming the reviews system misleading the customer I flagged this to Themeforest who didn t seem to care It used to be 30 dollars for a big theme It s 95 these days I think TF need to do more to earn their fees

I find the general UI very confusing to

I find the general UI very confusing to navigate in One of the many issues I Wanted to purchase more than one license but could t find anywhere to enter amount of units Foundout later that i could put the item into the basket multipli times to solve this Just not very smart I might have overseen there was a opp to do it more convenient but as said confusing UI
