It doesnt work No reaction from Support

I bought the Wordpress Theme Oshin The Licence Key cant be activated It has to be in order to work So I paid 70 for a theme that cant be activated and doesnt work 4 days ago I wrote to support - no reaction yesterday I wrote again - no reaction I will open a fraud case - luckily I paid with paypal so I will get money back somehow TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Too many requirements and gotchas If you use this theme you will have to enter in to a tedious ongoing relationship with the seller

So far support has been non existent

So far support has been non existent Maybe I m being impatient but it s been 24 hours I purchased a product led to believe it was a complete starter website and all it is so far is a theme with colors and fonts that I don t care for Not at all what I paid for and no way to call and get support Just email and wait who knows how long

Trash customer support This company is not interested in a good relationship with customers We bought a theme package which did not work lots of error messages Contacted customer support - NO REACTION Opened a case with PayPal Envato blocked right away the account Emails full of threads if you do not cancel the case in PayPal we block your account They were NOT willing to refund the faulty package PayPal took care of this NEVER AGAIN

Please do not buy any theme from here Reasons All themes are available out there Second their customer support system is not so structured Material in theme we re not efficient and high pixel and we re blurry Fourth they don t refund you back I don t need the theme anymore I want my charge back

Good product with lousy customer service still not good

The seams look great and I m sure they work well but the customer service is nonexistence I tried three times to contact him They never got back to me after hire somebody to help me with set up wasn t aware that I needed to get a WordPress account at the same time I buying the same I could ve just got it straight from WordPress Too bad looks like a great product but lousy customer service

Why should we purchase the same theme after support period

Themeforest doesn t offer discounts on 2nd purchase of the same theme per domain Why should we but the theme once again after the end of the support period

Bad experience with avada

I thought I cleared the avada site to get feedback requests like this Frankly the experience with Avada is exactly the same as it was five years ago terrible would be my assessment First Avada pages load very slowly which is the same as it was five years ago Secondly templates cannot be imported smoothly through the WordPress theme directory and must be imported using All-in-one WP Migration Templates cannot be switched at will This is no different than five years ago This is so frustrating Third there are compatibility issues with Woocommerce After importing the template through aio Woo cannot be set up normally even if the memory is increased to 1G It s downright annoying It s hard to imagine how much time and effort it will take for us to maintain the site if these problems continue

not trustworthy no customer support

This website is definitely not trustworthy They are helping the creator delete negative reviews of their product My review got deleted and now they won t let me post anything again I tried reaching out to their support but it s like talking to a wall no response at all It s pretty frustrating and makes me question the reliability of the whole platform Watch out if you re considering using it because they seem to be playing games with user reviews and not being transparent at all
