It is more about the sw vendors

It is more about the sw vendors It seems 90 have poor to none existent support Then with Encanto your various urls for support purchase installs is bewildering

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I paid 20 extra to have 6 extra months of customer service but that was a big mistake Many bugs and problems in the theme and the customer service did not provide any help

Hi I used the themeforest from 2020 But someday ago I bought two themes in themeforest net I can install demo theme as i see before I connected but do not recieve the guide I hope you should improve some service choice the supplier carefully before offer the theme Thank you

Nice looking but

I ordered a WordPress theme while having no chance to try it first I hoped that it would be just fine and that was my mistake While actually trying to set up my site I ran into several issues that were not obvious from the demo site I reached out to the support and the guy there was not helpful at all - he was not answering my questions or trying to help me or maybe was incompetent hard to tell He always had an answer but sadly to questions problems I didn t have I am really disappointed

Extra handling costs get added

FIrstly I m offended when a price is given and then extra costs are put on top even if they are low Handling costs - thats laughable for a digital product Just be up front about the full cost and then you don t appear shifty Secondly the info for thimpress themes is incredibly confusing - this is probably their fault but its spread across many sites the reviews on other sites appear to be written by them - there is not a decent informative one to be found Finally the purchasing itself along with thimpress response to questions is pretty good

Doesn t provide a single invoice that

Doesn t provide a single invoice that matches the transaction with my bank doesn t tell me where the developer that I m buying a theme is located which makes support difficult I want to buy from US developers not from people who don t speak English natively

The website is too slow and the support is hard to contact

The themes are really good looking and

The themes are really good looking and easy to purchase but unfortunately once you downloaded them nobody seems to be able to chat with you anymore I did not know that neither WordPress so I downloaded the theme first then press do not know how to integrate both together was trying to contact you guys but there s no way we can really chat with somebody but at least I haven t found it I would start using the website and building it but need some help to get started and that s where I think it s falling short Would love to have somebody get in touch with me and give me a helping hand for a minuteThank you in advance Markus

retrofitting a site that was prepared by someone else no complaints just difficult to know what we keep and what we get rid of to make site easier to navigate at back end

Getting a lot of invoices for just buying one 12 HTML template is horrible for our bookkeeping
