Absolute Scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company Took ages for the sort I d ordered to arrive It was not what I had ordered wrong size and bad quality I demanded a refund I was told that I could have a partial refund and keep the shirt I wanted a full refund so happy to return The company insisted I send back in original packaging to China at my expense I wasn t prepared to do that and stated they pay for the return Not my fault the product is rubbish I m still trying to get a refund Should this company like the plague

Scamp Company Don t be fooled by the use of UK in the company s name This company is operated from outside the Uk and when returning your item to a different country this company asks you to post the item using tracking This will cost a lot of money and you will also have to pay much more for importing into that country Additionally the quality of the items are very much substandard and are totally fake items Please please do NOT be tempted to shop with this scamp business Your money will be wasted Do not be fooled by their Website

Dreadful jacket took a month to arrive No label whatsoever inside to indicate size or material which was paper thin for a wool trench coat Size was way too small and not even comparable Will not refund sent back but customs have kept it and want another 24 euros to release it 80 00 down the pan TOTAL SCAM Coat is not even good enough to take to a charity shop

I would give this company -10 stars if I could Absolute scam and waste of time A Christmas present that arrived weeks late only to find the item nothing like the picture advertised and of the LOWEST quality I emailed multiple times only to be offered different refunds until I demanded a full refund of course the way they got round this was asking for a tracked parcel which cost 1 3 of the cost of the item THEN to be asked to pay the custom fee which cost 1 2 the items cost Disgusting company please stay well clear from it With any luck I may receive 6 back from the total I ve paid

Ordered a jacket When I went to track it I found out it is coming from China so over a month for delivery Email them to ask them to cancel and refund Got no response Jacket finally arrived and even though I ordered a size bigger than myself the jacket is too small Have emailed again and waiting for a response Really bad service from this company How are they still in business
