Good service and very helpful

I was suspicious that there was water in my domestic heating oil following some boiler problems I sent a sample of the oil to the The Oil Lab by mail and the result came back quickly telling me the water content and whether there were any microbes in the oil The oil was fine so I can focus on other possibilities

Super efficient service with a very clear report This time the delivery company delivered my sample to the wrong address but the Oil Lab people tracked it down so as to get my report back to me They literally went the extra mile Cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend them unreservedly

Brilliant service

First time using The Oil Lab Wanted to get a benchmark test for my pride and joy Porsche 911 before changing to a different viscosity engine oil Mobil 1 0W-40 to 5W-50 The kit arrived promptly was easy to do with the oil already drained and the report only took a couple of days Thankfully all good and engine in rude health My only comments would be 1 The cardboard tube for return was on the small side - though I understand why the post lady complained about there being little room to affix the postage labels 2 For the cost of the Platinum report it s a pity the price didn t include free postage - after all you re paying almost as much for the Platinum report as the oil itself Otherwise an excellent investment for peace of mind

Brilliant service I had to get it an oil test on a boat I was buying very quickly I paid a small surcharge and Meds phoned me with the results and emailed them at the same time I will probably do a yearly test to keep informed of the engines wear
