Pain is almost completely gone confidence and willpower is back and I m able to manage issues on my own Debbie was amazing she listened to everything I had to say offered valuable insights and answered all of my questions with expertise I felt completely confident throughout the whole process because of her guidance The programs she made for me and the way she introduced progressions and new exercises allowed me to get back to almost all of my daily activities pain and worry free

I recently worked with Debbie from Online Physiotherapy for my physiotherapy sessions I had right shoulder injury and MRI showed supraspinatus tear and infraspinatus tendinopathy During my sessions Debbie the physiotherapist explained my personal treatment plan to address my specific needs She took the time to explain each exercise and technique ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident throughout the treatment and now it got recovered Overall very good physiotherapy experience and highly recommended Many thanks for your great help

Debbie has been amazing throughout my recovery it s been a long stressful 8months but I truly believe her rehabilitation plans helped speed it up She created these plans and loaded them up to an app which is super simple to use and follow we would have monthly FaceTime convos and she would reply to my emails whenever I sent them which was pretty frequently even though she had no obligation to do so I Highly recommend her

I booked an appointment with the Online Physio for a knee problem and was very helped and reassured by Debbie She is extremely knowledgeable and it is clear it is important to her that you understand your own body She is also very kind and easy to interact with - something that is so valuable when you are worried about your health She really took her time to understand my symptoms and explain to me the ins and outs of the structure of a knee so that I could fully understand the physiotherapy I was having You get an app with all the physio exercises but if you don t like using your smartphone you are also emailed a pdf with them It is very accessible and easy and it really felt like Debbie listened to me and cared about my health and my progress Would recommend

Highly recommended Debbie has worked with me really patiently to understand what s going wrong with my knee and to find an approach that works Whatever the issue she always has an exercise up her sleeve for it Now things are looking so much better and I m hoping to get back to running with her help I ve learnt loads too and hopefully that will help me to avoid future injuries A word of advice - remember that it s harder for an online physio to get a close-up hands-on view of what s going wrong So you will need to be more aware and give them a lot of feedback about your own observations Eg it took me a while to work out that my flat feet and weak ankles were part of the problem but once Debbie knew that she gave me some different exercises which had a near-instant positive effect

I had a fantastic experience with The Online Physio At a time when I was losing hope in my recovery and needed a second diagnosis they provided the support I desperately needed I had severe inflammation in both ankles due to excessive running and my recovery with my previous physio was slow causing me great anxiety Finding The Online Physio was a turning point I quickly secured an appointment and consulted with a highly professional physiotherapist who thoroughly diagnosed my condition listened to my challenges and offered excellent advice This restored my confidence and kept me on track leading to a swift recovery as I knew I was following the right treatment Additionally living in Germany expressing medical concerns in German can be challenging for me Being able to communicate in English was incredibly helpful I am extremely grateful for The Online Physio s expertise and will definitely reach out again if needed

I suffer with my lower back Debbie s set of exercises have really helped me to get stronger She has been very patient with me She reads my comments gives me feedback and modifies the programme when I struggle I would definitely recommend her
