I ordered two products from ripple 1 mango and 1 passion fruit The mango one didn t seem to have any flavour and was quite disappointing as I had high expectations seeing their social media I contacted them and their response blew me away the customer service was amazing and I ve been sent 2 new products for free which I am so grateful for as I am trying to stop nicotine so this will be a massive helping hand I cannot give ripple enough praise for their customer service and the other one I brought which did have flavour i really enjoy Thanks again ripple you ve gained a loyal customer from your amazing customer service alone
