Their customer service used to be good now its absolute dog p ss Charging me for the same order twice then blaming it on me even though i sent proof of their mistake

Not really worth the money

Not really worth the money I don t know if vapes are really expensive in the UK or what but if you are in the US I assure you that you can find cheaper and better products locally Light use they only lasted a few days and the flavor was practically non-existent No refund policy so don t expect to try this thinking there is no risk I do not recommend giving this company a dime My experience was so bad I remade my trust pilot account just to share this

Risky ordering online

Edit ripple responded to this review and offered to make the situation right I reached out to see if I could get my products and have heard radio silence Very sad to see performative customer service like this Do not buy if you live in an apartment complex - my order was misdelivered and ripple did not take any steps to rectify the situation Buying from ripple is a RISK - you may not get your products or your money back

I ordered the 40 starter pack last

I ordered the 40 starter pack last week and was really excited for the produce arrival believing due to its advertising that this would be the answer to stopping smoking I am extremely disappointed that the product is simply not good enough yet and nowhere near worth the price I paid for it 3 out of the 4 flavours tasted burnt every single time I used them The one that didn t taste burnt was also not tasty whatsoever and not enjoyable I don t think this is acceptable and extremely overpriced for what it is I ve honestly had a terrible experience with this product and would suggest avoiding at all costs

i placed my first order on 20th of november and the only thing i have gotten is a receipt from shopperATworldpay com i have contacted ripple in 4 different ways website 2 times 1 email to adminATtherippleco com 1 email to infoATtherippleco com and instagram dm it has been over 5 working days since and i have not recived my product

Almost 1 month and the kit is not yet received

I ve made an order on November 14th and till today December 08 I did not receive the KIT I Sent two emails to ripple and every time I receive the same answer which is the tracking number that I already have Very bad experience and will not order it again

Product is trash

Product is trash very minimal flavor and the pods burn out around 50-100 hits Wouldn t recommend this product Waste of

Faulty Products

I ordered a bundle with boost relax and dream pods with the rechargeable battery When I opened the battery I noticed there was a burn or glue mark around the charger port which was also loose as the charger wiggles around freely I opened the relax pods and one was leaking and the other had a small piece of masking tape with a hand written 2 on it in blue ink The pods were sealed in the plastic packaging so they must have been tampered with prior to packaging I requested a refund for my faulty order and customer support just offered to give me new pods I am not very happy with this situation and I wish the company would do better

The customer service sucks They ll initially respond quickly but the replacement system was broken for me and they never responded I ve sent multiple emails and no one responds

I sent an email to ripple and reported that I never received my order It says it was delivered but never got it They never replied to me Out my money Scam I am have been researching how to report this company so it doesn t happen to anyone else
