Excellent Best concierge on the market

Sincura where attentive and professional throughout my entire experience with them I have requested a number of things from VIP backstage tickets to concerts to last minute restaurant and flight reservations Their travel team are exceptional and I have at no point regretted asking them for recommendations while abroad Their team is always friendly polite and happy to go the extra mile to help I would recommend this to anyone and everyone

Joined their film club and it changed my life but I am die-hard Avengers fan

As you can see from my profile I am a mad Marvel Fan I tried everywhere to get tickets to see the Avengers Endgame premiere in London in April 2019 A lot of people promised tickets but could never source them or they priced them at ridiculous prices Then I was recommended to try The Sincura Group by a friend who is actually a hotel concierge so knows the industry I joined their film club - at 35 a month I deemed it was worth a punt It worked out to be the best punt of my life They arranged the tickets for me and the money I paid went to a Charity the director s charity which supports up and coming film directors I did receive a letter from the charity to confirm they had received the money Not only did I attend the premiere but I also attended the afterparty and got to meet and chat to Joe Russo and many of the stars from the film It was one of the best evenings of my life and I felt very special and I still have a signed poster from the cast which Sincura arranged My initial intention was to join Sincura Film Club and then leave a few months later once I had attended my premiere but I am still a member a year later I get the latest film news before anyone else in the world details of premieres where the stars are and insider knowledge and offers With the film membership you also get access to TV screenings audience participation and west end shows - I tested the water here to arrange Hamilton tickets and they offered me seats for the very same day The other highlight is that I received free tickets to walk the red carpet again at The London Film festival in October for the premiere of Jo Jo Rabbit When I asked other agencies for these tickets I was quoted over 1000 per ticket and here I got them free They are a nice bunch of guys very professional and responsive Keep up the good work can t wait to see the new app you are releasing I might upgrade to the full concierge service and see how this is and post a new review to keep you guys in the loop

Glastonbury

I contacted them earlier this year fto see if they could help me get VIP Glastonbury tickets After they had all sold out I needed 4 which they managed to confirm within a day After announcements that the event was cancelled they called me to discuss what I wanted to do and i have transferred them to next yet They were really good with telling me what was going on and offering me alternatives It was great talking to Dan about all my options and I was really surprised about how he seemed to go the extra mile to find a solution that worked for my friends and I Thank you for turning what could have been a very disappointing moment into something we are all looking forward to next year

Amazing customer service

Everytime I have used them its been a pleasant experience Whether its booking a restaurant or getting access to clubs they ve been able to do those things for me On top of that they respond very quickly and customer service is great Overall I am pretty satisfied and will keep using their services I definitely recommend Sincura to everyone

Sincura saved my holiday

I was due to fly out to Spain for a family holiday and 2 days prior to leaving the government announced that you would have to quarantine upon return As panic set in The Sincura Travel team sprung into action and moved my whole booking from Spain to Greece The whole thing was seamless from moving flights making new hotel reservations checking me in and sending boarding passes arranging the transfers filling in my boarder forms sending me their city guides drawing up a full itinerary and booking the family in to excursions and resstaurants What turned into a major panic is now proving one fo the most relaxing and organised holidays we have been on and it was all done so quickly Thank you team you are life savers

A truly great service

I have been a member of The Sincura Group for just over a year now and I can t remember how I ever coped without their support They have helped plan amazing parties for my wife and children they have invited me to some thoroughly enjoyable events the VIP boat at Henley Regatta being a personal highlight and I can call on them any time to help with anything I need Every time I send through my often tricky requests they exceed my expectations and I couldn t recommend them highly enough
