Lived like a King for a week

Marrakech Concierge was recommended to me by a friend and I m so glad I chose to book my trip with them From the first time I reached out Dhiren was very quick to respond and had all the information I required to hand His response rate remained consistent in the weeks leading up to our trip and whilst we were out there MC do everything within their power to go above and beyond even helping us organise last minute accommodation when BA cancelled our flight 8 hours before departure Our driver Abdul completely exceeded our expectations Not only was he always prompt and professional he would consistently go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable at all times The villa itself was incredible and looked like something out of a movie All 8 bedrooms had their own ensuite and rooms were cleaned on a daily basis The in-house chef made some of the best tasting food I ve had and was willing to make whatever we wanted Dhiren organised all of our club nights well in advance - no queuing or anything once we got to the venues All we had to do was say what we wanted to drink and the rest was sorted for us Overall the entire experience was smooth and seamless 10 10 from Dhiren and his team

Best concierge services to use for Marrakesh provided us a group of 8 with a amazing villa drivers and services for activities and outgoings The drivers were also very helpful through the holiday Badr and the second drive helped us so much through our stay honestly amazing services and our holiday was planned out perfectly by the company organising our bookings for us

The driver was amazing Abdul was an absolute pleasure to be around and a true gentleman who made sure we had everything we wanted He drove perfectly and looked after us all When we arrived at the villa we were all in shock Normally pictures make places to stay a lot better than they are however this was definitely a place where the pictures don t do the accommodation any justice We all became like little children and were fighting over rooms and giggling to ourselves as we could not believe what we had been given Overall an absolutely amazing trip and would definitely go with them again and again Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I hear is going to Marrakech

5 star experience this was made mainly due to the care and attention of the owner and his team who couldn t have done enough to make the stay perfect From arrival to departure we didn t want for anything Shout out to Marco the owner and Humza Head of House Thank you both Perfect stag location

Great trip Fantastic service from Dhiren very quick responses and excellent knowledge of the local area We were very well looked after and we couldn t fault a thing Incredibly helpful if we ever had a change of plan or needed some help The villa we stayed in was perfect very friendly and fun staff Would definitely use the services again and highly recommend

Excellent trip to Marrakech organised brilliantly by Sandy at Marrakech Concierge Every aspect of the trip was excellent with real personal touch The food at the villa was exactly to our taste and served with limited fuss Adhoc requests were taken care with a smile I would recommend using MC and will certainly use them for our next trip to Marrakech

Had a really great experience using Marrakech Concierge Initial contact with Dhiren and his team was a great experience they made everything easy and was always available to speak on the end of phone Three days before we were supposed to fly out my father unfortunately passed away which meant we had to reschedule my trip Through-out the process they took care of everything with the rescheduling and made my life whole lot easier dealing with other matters The villa they provided for us was excellent and the pictures didn t do it justice Also the driver Adbul they arranged for us was excellent and he accomadated all our needs Would highly recommend using Dhiren and his team

Great service and organisation by the team We had a lot of questions which they answered and catered for all of our needs Towards the end we had possible return transport issues due to flight closures but the team guided us properly and we were able to get back without much issue An extra special thanks to our driver Badr who was kind considerate and was on hand almost anytime of the day to take us anywhere Would definitely use them again Duv
