Ordered off here ages ago still hasn t come even tho it says it was sent to the delivery company not happy about this

Ordered a tracksuit on the 1 12 2024 and have yet to receive this item 17 12 24 I have emailed three times now in total chasing the item and have only received one reply stating it would be shipped and I would receive it on the 13th which i didn t have continued to email with no response Should ve read these reviews before ordering

Disappointed ordered 3 days ago and said my item is preparing shipment Still had no ETA when parcel will arrive Update my order arrived 5 days after I ordered was here in perfect conditions But will definitely not be ordering from here again Order number 50409

After reading reviews below I m worried as I placed an order on 1 5 24 and it s saying been sent to Royal Mail but no further movement it sounds like it s happened to other people so I m concerned I may not receive my order in which I need by Wednesday I have also tried to email and no reply

I sent items back on 7th July to be exchanged Tech Club received items on 9th July I contacted them on 16th July for tracking information on my exchanges as not heard anything they responded asking when I returned the items and they would follow up I sent them the proof of them receiving the returns and now no response I have emailed them again today Update - I ve now had a call to say the exchanged items will be posted out today

I tried the Nike set a few weeks back T Shorts 45 setIt s basically the Nike shorts what you get from football team wear stores as in where you go for your kits to be printed or school uniform for 10 99 at the most The t shirts are actually football tops Nike park 13 99 to buy if you buy a football team set before printing is like 200 for 20 tops In response to reply it isn t a negative review for service It s a poor review for the fact thinks sets are literally the cheap Nike stuff you get from team wear stores

Placed an order on the 17th with a delivery time slot of 3 to 4 days However it is now the 24th and I still haven t received my order I checked the DPD local courier website via the link and it states that they have received my order details but are still waiting to receive the package I have emailed the tech club but still waiting for a response with an explanation I ordered a Nike set from stockuk for the same price on the 18th and received it on the 20th Update 27th - only fair to update this i had recieved an email back from the tech club with an apology and explanation on my order as it happens there was a supply issue with the selected product i ordered They gave me the options to wait for the stock to arrive in choose an replacement product or have a refund I chosen a replacement item and recieved it the next day Good quality materials and good customer service

Payed For Next Day Delivery Didn t Arrive Next Day Arrived Few Days Later But Other Then That Pleased With Products Would Order Of Them Again
