My husband and I spent many a holiday in the Algarve with The Villa Agency sadly he passed away last year As a family we wanted to holiday in the Algarve this summer but we found it quite difficult to get a large villa I phoned The Villa Agency and spoke to Ginnie she was a star and we now have a holiday booked in July The Villa Agency is one of the few holiday firms that you can speak to someone to voice any concerns and to help with the booking online I couldn t have managed to organise this holiday without Ginnie s help We will use them again and again

I recently returned from a holiday with my family booked through The Villa Agency Our experience was great from beginning to end The location was ideal for us meaning that the main town was within walking distance from the villa The villa itself was immaculate with everything we needed They made sure that a car seat was provided in the taxi from and to the airport and a travel cot also I was apprehensive about taking my baby away for the first time but there was no reason to be when we had such a relaxed environment The doorways access were ideal with a pram and our holiday was stress free I couldn t fault a thing about our trip only that we wish we could have stayed longer

Villa was spacious clean comfortable Covid precautions were in place The cleaning 3 times unexpectedly during our stay The pool and outdoor area excellent Location was 5-10 minutes walk to town centre but in a quiet residential area

Excellent service lovely villas

Excellent service We have travelled for several years with the Villa Agency staying at various villas over the Algarve either on our own as a family of 4 or travelling with parents Their villas are well maintained clean tidy and in great locations for all budgets A particular favourite of ours is Saragoca with its fantastic views We had booked to travel this May but had to cancel due to covid and they have been able to move our holiday to a different villa for next year with no quibble There is always great communication throughout the booking process and I could not fault Ginnie throughout this time Fingers crossed that we are all able to travel next year as we are looking forward to the staying in the villa booked Many thanks

Great holiday experience

We have been using the villa agency for a couple of years now and always had a first class service We have just spent 10 glorious days at Casa Luisa and everything was perfect The ladies who came to clean did a marvellous job and in these present times we felt comfortable in the knowledge that the Villa Agency had put in safe guarding measures to keep us safe We will certainly be using this company again Thank you

Once again excellent service Ginnie and staff always make you feel special and important Quick and efficient to sort out the few issues we had in the Villa which might have had an impact on our stay Already to go back

Brilliant service

We have been nothing than totally satisfied with The Villa Agencys service At every step from booking through to security deposit refund we had fantastic communication On the one occasion we had an issue while away no pool towells it was resolved immediately by the house manager and the UK head office called to ensure resolution Quite simply a brilliant service all round and villa owners should be aware of this as well
