First time with Solmar and would thoroughly recommend to anyone who hasn t used the company Everything went like clockwork from start to finish the villa was exactly as described and absolutely spotless no hassle or interference but regular e-mails to put you at rest if you had any issues well done Solmar

We had an amazing time at villa yanakis in Corfu twas like a home from home Everything we needed in the kitchen was supplied and came in very handy the coffee machine was a blessing also All of the rooms were clean and tidy the AC in the bedrooms worked well and the water pressure in the showers was immense We struggled with the beds though as they were very firm and the metal frames were annoying for a tall family I didn t realise that we would get a maid service which was a welcome surprise The pool was perfect and the outside areas are sizeable I didn t get chance to use the BBQ but would easily suffice to cook for a large family We enjoy a walk it s a 10 min walk to the quaint nissaki beach and there s about 4 restaurants there too the walk back up the hill is a good way to work off the meal but could be tricky for anyone with bad knees

To be honest always found Solmar a dependable conscientious capable company who we re more than happy to book with There was a time when they had reps in all of their locations who were always on hand to rectify any problems but that facility seems to have been withdrawn replaced by a UK telephone based system who then notify third party contractors Wouldn t hesitate in recommending Solmar They re always our go to first option

Villa Krini Delight - fantastic

We stayed at Villa Krini Delight - it was outstanding Spotlessly clean and every little detail throughout the villa was superb Great location and only 10Euros by cab into central Lindos Emma from Solmar was amazing- there if we needed her for anything and even helped with restaurant recommendations We will be back to this villa for sure

Villa Palataki III Kardamili Peloponnese

The booking process was easy and further customer sevice emails were helpful Villa Palataki III is in a lovely position with great views and outdoor space It has the advantage of a swimming pool A short stroll downhill takes you into Kardamili and to the sea The villa itself is perhaps in need of some TLC and although the hairdryer needs replacing and there is a shortage of crockery this wasn t a problem Also we had to clean the sunbeds of bird droppings and leaves before we could use them which was a nuisance but we would recommend this villa and rebook if ever we visited Kardamilli in the future

Villa Catalina Group Holiday

Villa Catalina Staying a Villa Catalina was the perfect booking for our recent holiday to Nerja It was really well located a short walk to the beach areas and the main town It was quiet during night time hours so we could sleep well and it was perfectly set up to handle our large group The pool and surrounding area was great There was plenty of space and it was well maintained where any issues were checked regularly and fixed The decor of the villa was much nicer in reality than online images the online pictures had unusual bed spreads on but in reality it looked clean with uniform white linen The quieter sofa room was an added bonus for our guests with children and we also made us of the bbq area to entertain at home The villa had lots of bathrooms too almost one per room so people felt able to enjoy their own space and privacy We loved our stay here staff were really helpful via email and through checking in Would definitely return - Thank you

Villa Sa Ronda Majorca

Just got home from a week in Villa Sa Ronda in Majorca well how amazing great location villa was everything and more fully equipped had a couple of minor issues which were sorted straight away nothing to much trouble for Solmar and will definitely be booking with them again Thank you

Peaceful villa on edge of town

We were a party of five and stayed at Villa Bernat de Playa Alcudia for a week during August The villa was very well presented and just as the photographs had suggested The living area is very spacious and comfortable and perhaps most important- cool The outside area is perfect and having that space especially the pool more than justified the decision to hire a villa rather than stay in a hotel The pool table was a very pleasant way to pass some time although it is a little warped and so not quite competition standard The upstairs rooms were comfortable and air conditioned and the master bedroom with its outside terrace was very spacious Located just on the edge of the town made all the shops restaurants and beach very easy to walk to while the immediate area was lovely and peaceful Being there for a week we did wish to clean a little as we went Unfortunately we were not able to find any cleaning products in the nearby Spar and so we would suggest storing some cleaning products in the villa
