Being told i ordered the wrong item

Being told i ordered the wrong item when i didn t this was the last time i use this supplier and definitely won t recommend other s at the club

Delivery 7 days still waiting and Paid for next day

Ordered pellets on the 15th Monday and paid for 24 hour delivery which states within two working days got an email on the 16th Tuesday saying it s been despatched now on Sunday 21st with no delivery or update I did email on Friday 19th asking if they will be delivered over the weekend as I needed them for a shoot today Won t be ordering again

Poor service

I ordered a shooting table when it arrived It was damaged in the box So tried to send it back but it was very difficult to get a answer from them I found a mobile number spoke to a woman she said Amazon have to sort it they Don t so I had to take it to post office it s not a small item and pay to send it back to wolfman then had to wait for refund Very disappointing they should of arranged collection would not use them again Poor product and very poor service

Amazing high quality bands comes with a little bag so you can keep them in your gym bag Would definitely buy off the brand again and great service with fast and cheap postage

The service from The Wolfman was first

The service from The Wolfman was first class and no complaints at all The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that although the the tracking number was given with the invoice the delivery company name was not so there was no way to actually track the parcel and make arrangements to be at home

I have used Wolfman a couple of times

I have used Wolfman a couple of times now and there service has been really good with cheep prices on their pellets and parts its a winning combination I have only given them 4 stars as I haven t had to deal with their customer services as yet and would like to see how they treat their customers once they have your money But I m sure they are good 5 stars in the making
