Amelia s great customer service

I have had a couple of dealings with Amelia both of which have been first class customer service the latest being a scope I needed assistance with she went out of her way to find the information I required she even contacted the importers to ascertain the information all I can say is it s a first class company and they are very hard to find these days we ll done keep it up Thanks again

Beyond expectations

I can only say that the Wolfmman team is simply amazing if i could I would honestly give them more than 5 Here is my experience with them I made an order for a new gun along with extra pellets A few days later I realised that the pellets weren t right for my needs so I emailed them they were understanding and happy to change my order to some extra CO2 carts and BBs However these didn t make the order postage time so I raised this with them BUT here is the best part and why they deserve more than 5 s I didn t even get a chance to read the reply when they called to follow up They sorted it all out with no issueI d also like give a special thank you to Amelia and Dan A R

Received my items yesterday

Received my items yesterday the delivery time was spot on even a little early Quite pleased with my pistol and will be using it on Tuesday at the range I was also pleased it arrived when it did as I have to have an op on my eye on Wednesday so will be out of action for a while But overall my experience with Wolfman has been a HOWLING success Sorry about that

I m a fairly new customer but I have been impressed by the service I have received Recently ordered a pistol and communication has been excellent phone call to tell me when my item would be delivered and even given a 2hr time slot It s not often you receive service of this calibre Will certainly recommend to others
