To the folks at Timberland I d like to share with you my complete satisfaction with your product I don t buy Tims to look fancy or make a fashion statement I buy Tims for the rugged durability that they provide and always deliver on Case in point I bought a pair of Mountain Athlet CS sandals when I was in my mid-twenties 1995 or 96 I am now in my late forties and my sandals are still going strong You name it I ve put them through it Sand rocks rivers streams hiking trails and even the ocean I just can t kill them The tread is still deep and functional and even though they re faded they haven t popped a stitch In a time when quality seems to be something that you re lucky to get 6 months out of it s nice to know that you can still get a product that puts its money where its mouth is It s because of your commitment to your product that I ll be a Timberland customer for life Thanks -Richard Burkovich PA

What can I say shoes for ages

What can I say shoes for ages About three years ago with an iron rod he made a scratch they did not tear and so a second scratch healed in a couple of years

Timberland is one of those brands you can really trust The quality of their footwear is absolutely top-notch I ve owned several pairs of their boots and boat shoes and the quality is exceptional Last for years and years despite rough treatment Their old tagline if they still use it More quality than you ll ever need is spot on If you do ever have an issue such as ordered the wrong size or changed your mind the customer service - online or in store - is very good Never any quibbles and even little things like once I popped into their Kings Road store and they replaced and they threaded a new set of leather laces for boat shoes a tricky task at no charge This is one of the brands I really like

Super Impressed with the Service

I ordered toddler sz 4 thinking that they would fit the lil man i was gifting it too however his feet were bigger than i thought the Timberland team were quick to respond via email and couriered a bigger sz from the Wellington branch and sent to the branch i chose in Sylvia park that kindly contacted me via mobile as soon as the bigger pair arrived i emailed a sunday night and they were in Auckland on the Wednesday super happy with the service provided from the Timby team thankyou to you all yall made the exchange process super quick and easy I highly recommend and also FYI i have brought other goods from here and am impressed with the quality of stuff i have to date defs will be ordering more in the future Thanks Timby Team Yall rock Keep up all the hardwork behind the scenes
