2 weeks ago I contacted DM about a pair of boots I brought 16months ago that had split I was advised ot would take 14 working days to look into this query due to how busy they were 2weeks to the day I had a email to say that DM would replace boots as this shouldn t have happened I was given a return label and sent them back This morning iv been told replacement boots will be here within 3 5 days thank you for amazing customer service DM and thank you for putting a smile back on my 12 year old daughters face will definitely order more direct from you

Went to the Camden Stable Market store I thoroughly enjoyed my first shopping experience there Our sales associate LINDA was so helpful and really fun There was a problem when trying on the boot whereby the buckle pulled off Her manager BEA happened to be close and came over to have a look and was equally as helpful and fun It was actually them that sealed the deal for the sale because of how relaxed and confident they made us feel

Impeccable service

I ve owned loads of Docs since I was in high school in the early 90 s and they always last me years of wear Sadly my last pair of sandals were faulty and I was devastated that they fell apart after hardly any wear I dealt with Ana R in the customer service team and I am absolutely thrilled to now have a replacement pair She made the whole process straight forward kept me informed and I am so grateful Thank you Here s to another 30 years of stomping round in my DMs

I contacted DrMartens because of a slight problem I had Ana customer service agent immediately solved the problem DrMartens shoes aren t cheap but the quality is great and their customer service is best

I contacted Dr Martins customer service via email on a Saturday as the sole on Brogues had split and I wanted to see if anything could be done about it My shoes were 1 day away from being 12 months old Customer service replied within an hour asking for more information and within 24 hours agreed to replace them This is a great example of good customer service

Great service

I recently had an issue with a faulty sandal The response from Dr Marten s was extremely quick and efficient and after providing evidence of the fault Dr M sent out a replacement pair within days An excellent service thank you

Excellent service at Cardiff store

A few weeks ago we received first class service from one of the employees Sahil at the Cardiff shop Sahil not only listened to my personal footwear needs I have a problem with my feet and have to use medical insoles but he also gave me sound advice of how to care for the boots and informed me of the repair service which is now available His lovely personality and assistance made the whole experience of buying new boots very easy My husband has never had a pair of Dr Martens before Sahil attended to him and all his queries and my husband too was utterly delighted with the service he received AND he loves his shoes Today we returned to the store and I was again served by Sahil and I am the proud owner of another pair of boots He remembered me and I had the same care and attention as before Wonderful On both occasions all the members of staff were very friendly
