1 star is too much UPDATE They have agreed to refund me but only due to the company getting so annoyed at me sharing this page and telling others not to order as they are a scam Refund received Do NOT buy from this company Tiny explorers UK- they have changed their name to The Banana Shop I am in the process of trying to get my money back through my banks disputes team I have not received the items I paid for and the free content I did receive is awful and links to someone s Google account Rose is extremely frustrating and when you ask where your paid items are she ignores you They have refused a refund as it s digital content I have commented on their facebook account but they keep deleting hiding my posts Do not get sucked in like so many of us have

Fraud fraud stay away guys bought stuff online from them no delivery even though it says it will be delivered request for refund got reply saying no refund Same with few friends We just reported the site to the met 14070

Scam for a delivery charge

I should have done my homework and read the reviews here It s exactly as everyone else says You buy the book with free downloads expecting books to be delivered to you since they re charging you for delivery I email them and I get one sentence back that you receive their books as downloadable files This is a scam You shouldn t be charging for delivery if you aren t physically sending any books If you re reading this be aware that you re buying digital files and not a physical workbook book

By them changing the name it already goes to show that they are scammers

I agree with all the reviews here They seem to be scammers - the only reason it is not illegal is because they send you the link - but it s very borderline The advert on Facebook Instagram is absolutely misleading From the advert they make you believe you will receive the books and props for the books when in reality you only receive the downloadable copy Going to the copy again is an absolute nightmare because is unorganized and most probably stolen as the link seems to belong to someone the prints have nothing to do with the book in the advert and they are charging you for a DELIVERY fee that THEY SHOULDN T HAVE -this is obviously is not needed - it would have been better if they would call it a handling fee - or administration fee as it would be more transparent and people would relate more to the term
