Disappointed

Booked for Sunday lunch over two weeks ago advised of my garlic allergyWhen I went to order was told they could not serve me any food at all as everything in the kitchen on a Sunday lunch contained garlic Asked if they could do me some different food and was told definitely not Sunday lunch was Sunday lunch We had to leave all the staff were polite about it but unable to offer anything Quite shocking really

Order placed on 25 11

Order placed on 25 11 still has not arrived Emailed customer services last week quick reply to say there was a courier issue but the delivery would be here before Christmas but still hasn t arrived

VERY BAD

We went to the one in Rogerstone Newport for Sunday dinner The venu was ok the music was to loud you couldn t hear ourselves talk also dogs were allowed inside and sat in the middle of walk ways to which we almost tripped The next was the food all the meat the pork the lamb and the beef were all extremely fatty and uneatable the veg varied from plate to plate some was cooked others not cooked enough Lastly the staff we felt pressured before we even started to eat within a hour and half we were told as we got in Then not one staff came over while we were eating to check on the food and us for us to mention the food the only time they did come was to take dishes and glasses at times when we were still eating and drinking Very disappointed would not recommend at all

Ordered t-shirt for a birthday present

Ordered t-shirt for a birthday present and it never arrived Have sent numerous emails and no one has responded Will now have to contact credit card supplier for refund

Order didn t arrive - multiple tickets submitted and no response Not sure how I get my items or money back Because there is no phone number or other way to contact them Very disappointed won t be shopping again and out of 100

Nearly 3 weeks and no dispatch

Like many of the recent comments Tiny Rebel clearly have overstretched and areNot reasonably fulfilling orders from their online shop despite taking money I am still waiting for my order 25th November I enquire and get the same cut and paste response word for word that they had a lot of black Friday deals i note very similar wording in the responses to previous 1 star reviews Nice beers but I won t bother with trying to buy online from them again which is a shame as my previous experience had been good but I would recommend looking to the many other interesting brewers out there

Roast lunch a terrible disappointment

Ordered a home delivered roast lunch and have never been so disappointed One slice of lamb one carrot overcooked cauliflower cheese no roast potatoes tasteless watery cabbage For the money you charge the value is non-existent So annoyed I paid over 15 quid for the worst roast I ve ever had Never again

Can t cope with orders

Ordered a gift pack and glass on 30th November and still waiting for dispatch They took payment on the same day Asked for an update over a week ago and they replied saying it ll be in the next couple of days due to a lot of Black Friday orders This was my first and possibly last order to Tiny Rebel Always hope they can make good before the end of this week to restore my confidence and make me consider ordering again update this review Not a good experience to date

Still waiting on my delivery

Still waiting on my delivery Received an email to say the beer I ordered had been oversubscribed and was no longer available and did I want to change to another crate I answered that email however have had no correspondence since so I have no idea what is happening Very disappointed as this was for my husbands 40th as he is a big Tiny Rebel fan

Online order made on 24 11 for Christmas presents Still not fully received or refunded 2 months later They don t answer the phone but they do send polite emails which promise much but deliver little They have a good line in inventive and varied excuses though I just wish they were as good at keeping their promises
