Hi the purchase was straight forward but I haven t received anything yet so unable to give full review

Sorry but the birthday box beers were amongst some of the worst that I ve tasted Two of them were literally poured away They were artificial tasting and just did not work well at all

Most of the cans have arrived dented Really disappointing when you re paying premium prices for this stuff

Love the beer and deal on tropica was awesome Your delivery partner was poor Missed 1 box Delivered a bashed up box couple of days later and then later discovered box was wrecked due to beer cans bashed and some discharged themselves Great beer though

We ll not the the visit I thought it was going to be Thought I would bring the family for dinner ordered the food all good Went to the bar to ordered drinks and as the bar staff reached over the bar to put the drinks on our side and one of them dropped out of his hand bounced and emptied all over me Wet sticky Toffee apple all over my work clothes face and hair The guy did apologise and I could see he was embarrassed he offered me some blue paper to wipe myself which wasn t much use Unfortunately I had to sit in my wet sticky clothes while I waited and ate my food food was v nice which didn t make for a very nice experience It maybe an idea to help the staff deal with this sort of thing better maybe offering a clean wet cloth at least The guy didn t seem to know what to do or the impact this would have on the customer and how to deal with it other than request a mop from a colleague to tidy the bar and floor Disappointedly I did try and contact them on Instagram and Facebook about this but have had no response I ve had to leave a review here as it looks like they actually read these which makes no sense

We love the tiny rebel beers but I contacted customer support about the glass broken in transit and they said they would send a new one This was 2 weeks ago I have heard nothing

I didn t get what I ordered I did get more beers than I ordered but not the exact ones I wanted and there was no communication or explanation about it

The advertised discounts never applied through web order system The promise of extra beer to compensate for lack of discount never materialised The promise of discount being applied on your next order smacks of a methodology for ensuring repeat orders which also incurs extra postage costs Sorry but whilst the brews are of an exemplory standard the percieved sharp practices are not

Tiny Rebel are one of my favourite breweries and this was my first direct order from them I ordered a mixed case on a Black Friday deal The selection and value for money were on point but inside the immaculate packaging every single can was badly damaged with significant dents and paint flaking off Clearly this has been an effort to rid their stores of damages returns I m hosting Christmas this year and I simply can t serve these as they look like they ve come from a charity shop I raised a ticket 83961 but they haven t saw fit to reply 2 stars as I can still enjoy the beer myself but disappointingly they won t be represented this year at my Boxing Day family football and craft beer marathon Feels to me like they ve gone all brewdoggy Sad times Edit - I had to submit a further ticket to get a response but it was a good one Apologies were made and a full replacement box better value than the original was sent No damages this time I m still not certain that dpd were to blame for the original problem but nevertheless my faith has been restored Rating upped from 2 to 4 and I ll review the replacement box on it s own in due course

The beers were not of the usual exacting quality I expect from TinyRebel mo problems had a problem a lack of real flavour despite it tasting notes Just a meh wheat beer
