Order over internet delivery delay

Ordered from tiny rebel Internet monday 28tj no communication as to when my delivery will arrive and it is now 8 working days As it is a christmas gift i am concerned it wont arrive order 217641 Tweeted tiny rebel no response beginning to wish i hadnt botheredOrder delivered 15 dec and happy with my order just not delays

Just not as good as it used to be

It may just be me but all Tiny Rebel beers seem to have lost a lot of flavour They almost taste watery compared to how they used to be I ordered the mystery box this time Some standard Tiny rebel beers in as expected but the inclusion of the 3 low ABV beers were annoying Especially as low ABV beers are a specific thing usually

Need to think about the packaging

Bought as a Christmas gift Hubby loved the contents I was really annoyed it was delivered in a box advertising the content - especially as it was received by hubby when I was out kinda spoiled the surprise Given the time of year I would have thought it would come in a non-descriptive plain box I did email TR customer service but didn t get a reply

Really enjoyed the black Ops Hops beer only disappointing thing is I m still waiting for the DLC code to arrive It s been over two weeks

Christmas selection box

I pre-ordered the Christmas selection box and it arrived yesterday The box is great but the packaging doesn t really work The beers only stay in the little cardboard slots if the box is kept flat which it obviously isn t when being delivered This meant they had all fallen out and ripped all the cardboard packaging inside Luckily the glass was ok but I can imagine a lot will be broken in transit It s a gift for my partner and he won t really be bothered but if it was for anyone else I think I would have returned it as it looks really messy inside Great product but poor packaging

Appreciate this was an offer but would have liked the option to add a second box with the glasses included 7 days for delivery when charging 4 95 did seem poor

Good Product

Just what my Son wanted for Christmas Quick delivery and easy internet purchase However the packaging is rubbish it needs to be more sturdy inside sleeve was torn and items all over the place as was the glass Luckily it wasn t brokenGreat graphics though

Nothing wrong with you side of the order Yet again it s your courier service Second time I have had my order left on my doorstep I live in a terraced street with no front garden my request to leave it with a neighbour has been ignored Lucky a neighbour has seen this picked it up for me
