Even when we had issues with what I ordered went out of stock you communicated well I recieved an amazing product and I love them I have had titan charging cables for over 3 years and love them and these Airpods are amazing Would highly recommend

Bought the 3 in 1 charging station so far it s been really great and way better than my old charger Like that I don t have run wires through for my Apple Watches charger like I had to with my old charger seems to charge up quicker with the Titan charger

My first experience with Titan was when one of my cords delaminated and I complained on line about it the folks at Titan reached out privately and promptly replaced my cord at no cost including shipping amazing service Then recently I ordered some products and due to circumstances a few hours later needed to cancel my order thinking I had been too long I reached out anyway and they obliged immediately in cancelling my order with an immediate and complete refund Again amazing service I will be ordering again this time not canceling Thank you for great service

I have recently needed to use the lifetime warranty for a product I had purchased - I contacted through Facebook messenger and was answered by Pinks - I have never had a warranty claimBe so easy and hassle free Once information was provided that they needed I had a tracking sent to me for the replacement item- What amazing hassle free service Thanks again

Trustworthy and great customer service

I first purchased a cable about a year ago and sadly after daily normal use the cable part got visible wear tear right next to the phone port usb connector The cable still worked but I was afraid it might become dangerous to use it I feel like this area is where all usb cables break but this cable has had longer life span than most so I was expecting to have to purchase a new one But I didn t need to worry about that because once aware of my issue customer service agent Pinks reached out to me and sent me a replacement for free and also followed up afterwards to make sure I got it I m very impressed by this company s customer service level I also obviously like the cables they provide and would definitely shop again in the future

Parcel delivered but where to

Not too long ago I had the misfortune of my parcel from Titan Power Plus getting stuck in limbo The parcel tracking apps had said my parcel had been delivered but I knew it hadn t Once I conveyed to Andrew from Titan Power Plus the reason why that was impossible he got straight onto tracking the parcel down I tried from my end but the shipping company responsible did not make it easy with no phone or contact details available Andrew kept me informed on the steps that he had done and updated me on the current progress Approx 9 days after Andrew contacted the shipping company on his end my husband watched a very sheepish person get out of their car and put the parcel in the letterbox Thank you Andrew you are absolutely fabulous
