Be Wary About Returns
Unfortunately there is no option to choose zero stars I was not only disappointed with the fit and quality of their clothing but their company policies are unscrupulous I was Leary about purchasing clothing from a company I had never shoppped with before but was reassured when I read they had a free return shipping policy After receiving my order I decided to return the items because I wasn t happy with the fit I literally tried the garments on and took them off placing them in a shipping box About a week after sending the items back I checked with my credit card company to see if I had received a refund To my surprise I had only received a partial refund I was disappointed that I never received an email from TLF notifying me that they decided to retain the 25 restocking fee When I emailed to inquire about the partial refund they told me the clothes were stained and they retained the 25 restocking fee When I asked them to send the stained clothes back to me they said they had already been cleaned and were no longer available They did send me a picture of two garments One had no visible stains on it the other garment a shirt had deodorant marks on it I went back and forth over at least 4 emails with two different representatives They both refused to refund the restocking fee as it was against company policy Is this the same policy that says you will not receive a refund if you wash the clothing before you return it Why doesn t their company policy include notifying the customer when you decide to withold a 25 restocking fee I can t help but wonder how many 25 restocking fees they withhold without the knowledge of their customers Seems like free return shipping is an easy incentive to extend when you are retaining 25 of the cost due to deodorant marks I have often tried on clothes in brick and mortar stores and found deodorant marks on tops It is a normal part of trying on clothes and should be expected especially when free shipping is extended on all returns in order to persuade prospective customers to feel comfortable purchasing from your company I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company I will never buy from this company again I would rather spend more money and get better quality clothing as well as better customer service from a reputable retailer

Put a negative negative negative negative one if there was a choice this company has scam so many people they took 104 out of my account that I never made I was in the hospital having a procedure an outpatient procedure where my stuff was locked up in the first place I get out I m in recovery laying there waiting to be released and looking at my phone I noticed charges on my phone on my account that I never made popping up please everyone beware block these people all these reviews are for fake reviews to incite you to think they re a real company They are being indicted by the federal government and have a huge charges with the Better Business Bureau They are a fake company that s still you blind I sent them information without my card crap number on it smartly because that s what they ll ask you and they claim that they can t find any account but yet the numbers keep rolling I had to get a new card because it continuously try To buy stuff with my information They are nothing but a broke ass scamming ignorant fools that will be spending the rest of their life in federal penitentiary for fraud and wire fraud Please please please do not buy anything from these hoods

do your research before buying from them
My most recent purchase with them was about 2 months ago and I bought the genesis workout shorts due to the good reviews displayed on their website They re advertised as camel-toe free technology which is a huge lie and their leggings and shorts run pretty tight too compressive I didn t see a single review on their website with anyone else pointing out these issues so I decided to share my experience my review never got posted after receiving an email that it would be there s no reason it would ve been denied since I kept it appropriate and relevant I believe they re not being transparent about their products and reviews considering they have very few displayed and 9 out of 10 are rated 5 stars Keep in mind this is a very well known brand so it s expected of them to have more product feedback This is all frustrating because I depend on reviews when purchasing products and this is definitely like being lied to

Do not take care of their customers
Ordered twice from this place had issues with both orders reached out to customer service and eventhough they failed to send the merchandise properly they still billed me i received my order late wrong merchandise and was missing merchandise as well so disappointed with the way they handled it these were both company failures and I still payed for it Will not be purchasing from them again

Awful customer service
Awful customer service specially John Rafael who was extremely unprofessional when processing a refund If I was the owner of the company I would fire him for unprofessionalism and treating customers poorly Took 1 month to get a refund and had to get my bank involved because John Rafael did not replied to emails or phone calls Don t buy anything from this store

I bought some pants from these guys and
I bought some pants from these guys and went off the Sizing guide which ended up being too small so naturally I returned them A few days later I realized that my refund was 15 short of the original purchase price Apparently I m liable for shipping charges for their incorrectly sized product It s bad customer service if you ask me I ve returned items to other apparel brands and never had to cover shipping costs
