I am stuck with cigar I don t want
Hello regardless of the fact I do not want this item I need for you to send me a shipping label I still wanted Jazz wooden tips and I was sent the wrong thing Why would I accept something that don t want Even in the email I stated what kind of cigar wanted You all sent me whatever Like I am supposed to accept anything with my money How dare you question a customer who knows what they ordered and gets an item that is not what they ordered then you try to shove it down their throat I do not like your business on how you treat customers You have the wrong customer especially this one who has skills with a pen Thanks for nothing This is there respondedThank you for reaching out with this update The order you confirmed on July 13th consisted of 1x Middleton s Black Mild Wood Tip Cigars 10 Packs of 5 which wasn t Jazz The invoice slip that was included in the package confirms the product you added to the cart and confirmed the order for We apologize for the trouble with the label mix-up on your first delivery however since the product you received was correctly fulfilled and successfully delivered we cannot issue any refunds for the product You paid the shipping charge a single time and the order was reshipped out to you for free due to the mistake that was made on our end Based on what I m seeing there aren t any issues with the order you ve received

I made an order for 5 lbs of tobacco
I made an order for 5 lbs of tobacco using them instead of another supplier That I had used previously This due to an online coupon code for free shipping The code was not accepted and tired of shopping around I went ahead with the order I also placed a 1 insurance on it through route Route sent me Emails to track my packages through their app Trying to download to my desktop it kept trying to get my phone number to download it there I did not wish it there so another irritation I went back to tobaccostock website to check why order had not shipped yet I had ordered on monday and got a notice on friday it was ready to ship The site then tells me shipping is usually sent out on mondays This was not mentioned when checking on shipping charges I tried to call the phone on the site to cancel as shipping was on mondays and this was friday and I could pick up 5 one pound bags for little more than their total with no wait time The call was another frustration as It said unnavailable and no way to leave a message So I went back to the site and left a written message which was answered in minutes by email rather than the call back I had asked for I value my time and hope this review will save others who value theirs

I had a lazy order picker They sent the wrong filters and tobacco The return label they sent could not be printed by the USPS I was charged 11 45 to return the complete order and it was all the companies fault
