Was very worried about ordering my palms from this store due to so many bad reviews however the plants arrived only 3 days after placing an order and seem in good shape Quick delivery and healthy good looking palms

I also bought the Wowcher 2 citrus plants I was a little alarmed reading the reviews on here The package didn t arrive within 5 days and I messaged asking what was going on I got a friendly reply within 2 days to state the quality of the plants was not the best and they were getting new stock by end of the week As promised new stock was sent to me and were perfectly packaged and of good quality the orange tree already has some fruit growing Couldn t be more impressed Ordered plants online before and they were awful This has been a good experience Considering a single cirrus plant at Dobbies is 25 these guys offer good value Would shop again

Ordered a large 5-6ft cordyline turned up very fast was advised 07 07 20 and it arrived 21 06 20 Plant was well packaged and in good health

Well worth the gamble

I don t normally bother writing reviews But as plantstore have been well and truly slated on here I thought I d give them a a bit of praise with regards to my experience I Ordered two King sago palms through wowcher Then decided to read the reviews Oh dear To be fair I couldn t find a better price anywhere so I just left the order and hoped for the best Two days before they were scheduled to be delivered I hadn t heard a thing so emailed the company and just received a generic message saying they were running 10-15 days behind but a refund was given as an option if I didn t want to wait As they were cheap I just decided to wait They arrived the next day Exactly as the original estimated time The quality of the palms looks to be very good and they were well packaged I am surprised this company has so many negative feedbacks as my experience was absolutely fine Only one tiny criticism would be that they were pretty dry And needed a water

Very pleasantly surprised and extremely happy customer

I debated ordering from this company via wowcher beforehand I checked the reviews on trustpilot and was really debating whether to order as the reviews were not good and it really did make me question it but I decided after reading a few positive reviews that I would give them a go because the product I was purchasing was a very good price and I wouldn t be losing out on too much But I am extremely happy about my purchase I was kept up-to-date of dispatch and delivery I was able to track the delivery on the day which was brilliant and then when I opened the package I was very very happy to see the tree is in a really good state extremely healthy and a few blossoms already the tree was not dry at all very moist it came in a plastic pot which was brilliant I wasn t expecting it to be in that so this is definitely a bonus The compost and root of the tree was wrapped very well in three bags The tree was then in a cardboard container which was sturdy and clearly said handle with care it was perfect it could not of arrived in a better condition I am really looking forward to seeing it grow I would definitely order from this company again I would say if you are unsure I would go for it because everybody has different experience and mine was extremely positive as I hope yours will be Thanks plantstore

I recently gave a review of a company called Plant Store as I certainly wasn t happy with their way of dealing with a complaint from a paying customer After about 5 6 weeks I have now received my replacement plant which is in good condition and my contact with this company is now completed

I bought 3 palm tree plants through wowcher after I purchased I read the reviews and thought I shouldn t have ordered going on what all the reviews said I purchased 2 king sago palm trees and 1 giant cordyline australis 5 foot tree and I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about and would buy from this company they arrived within a week and very good condition and exactly what I wanted

Decent

Ordered 2 things from this company from Wowcher on separate occasions and had positive experiences with both One came in the delivery window and one came early Plants were very good quality we ordered a pair of artificial plants and a pair of topiary plants Would order from here again I d read a couple of bad reviews after ordering but there weren t any problems from my experiences Thank you

Pleasantly surprised

After reading all of the reviews I was dubious as to whether my delivery would turn up on time and in what state I ordered last week a Bank Holiday through GoGroopie and my 2 Flamingo Trees have just been delivered a week later I didn t receive any notification to say they had been dispatched though The trees are both in good condition and were packaged well

Ordered 2 Washingtonia tree s for my Mom and Dad through Wowcher The delivery was 2 days delayed from estimated date on order My Dad then read the reviews and was slightly worried I emailed and got an automated response which is slightly frustrating However they came yesterday 6 06 2020 Had to give a positive review as there was no fault

A lovely experience

A lovely experience Yes the delivery may take some time but this is with a lot of companies at this time As long as you are home then what is the issue What s more important is that what arrived was a very Healthy and happy plant Please do not read the reviews on here because if I had relied on them I would not have bought such a beautiful item

Exceeded expectations

I ordered two fuschia trees via Go Groopie Was hesitant due to poor reviews but company exceeded my expectations Order placed late on 22nd delivered on 30th Not bad and far quicker than I expected with delivery being stated within 14 working days Trees are a good size 0 7m - 1m promised both top end plus in bud flowering also as promised Would have like a dispatch email tracking didn t get anything from Go Groopie or Plant Store that s my only niggle

I ordered a wisteria from plantstore

I ordered a wisteria from plantstore via wowcher when it arrived it was the wrong order they sent me 2 buxus balls instead I emailed them and received a reply the next day They apologised for the error and said that they had reordered my wisteria and as a way of apology I could keep the other plants That was on the Friday on the Monday I received my wisteria Couldn t ask for a better service than that The plants were also very healthy

Beautiful plant from Plant Store -I read the reviews regarding Plant

I read the reviews regarding Plant Store after I had ordered a Robusta Palm Tree and I was worried having read such bad reviews - however I received the plant yesterday within a couple of days of ordering and I am extremely pleased with this - it s exactly as described approximately 4 high and in very good condition - a healthy plant which was well packaged and is now sitting on my patio I shall certainly order from Plant Store again and as far as I am concerned I cannot praise them highly enough
