If you re not satisfied with the hair topper I doubt if you ll return it You have to send it to China even though you were sent it from Jamaica ny

It is junk not real hair awful so they won t refund my 100 said I need to send back to china at my expense Its all a big scam

This place is a JOKE They want respond to emails and if this product is real hair it has to come from a Horse it s terrible Wish I had read the reviews first So disappointed Would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I ordered the real human hair 10 hair topper and it looks very shiny cheap and fake I am sending it back ASAP

I was skeptical of buying a hair topper online I read the reviews good and bad and took the plunge I am soooo glad I did My hair topper is awesome Out of the package it was pretty silky and beautiful I started to put it in and instantly fell in love It s so natural and doesn t feel heavy at all

On July 7 I ordered a custom made topper I live in Puerto Rico and I thought that it would be arriving soon Then I realized that it was going to be made in China and there was a little chance to get it on time I got sad and sent a whatsap message to Crystal explaining my case From the very beginning she was so empathic and willing to help I was going to cancel my order but she stole my heart and I decided to wait She wrote every single day letting me know what they were doing to help me I felt confident and loved Somebody I don t know was helping me so nicely I received a message telling me they were going to send the topper like special delivery rush and they payed for the special service It was supposed to arrive on July 26 but I received it on July 24 It came just in time 6 days before the wedding The topper is awesome The hair custom made color is a perfect match Amazing I loked great in my son s wedding I M MORE THAN GRATEFUL Thank you Tommy Hair team especially Crystal You was my angel
