Do NOT buy from this website I ordered and when it came it wasn t even close to the color displayed on the website I emailed them a picture of my hair the hair color picture I ordered from the website and the hair I received The color I received is red but the color I order is not in anyway red I asked how to rectify this issue and they do not want to I was told the number on the hair matches and that I should expect the color to be slightly different and they hope I understand Slightly Its literally red not light brown All I want is a friggin refund at this point and even just emailed saying I ll gladly send the hair back but that I m not paying to ship it and I can guarantee they ll give me an issue with that too Save yourself the hassel from being in this situation Absolutely ridicolous that they email back 24hrs later and do not have any solution to the issue and rake no responsibility for the huge color difference even when proof of it is provided I would not be shocked if I do not get my money back smh Also the color they sent me PERFECTLY matches the Auburn Brown picture on their website and that is NOT what I order Smh I posted on their Facebook page but they deleted each time This place is a SCAM

You show real hair on the video s but what comes out is not the same hair toppers don t look real at all and look silly on I also had a topper missing from my package

If I could give zero stars I would Customer service is horrible The color of the topper was stark red and they said it was light brown and colors my vary and will not refund my money PLEASE DO NOT IRDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Ada Hair toppers flooded Facebook and I fell I was charged 50 for 1 and 30 for another Both colors wrong Said shipping was free after 50 but was charges shipping I sent photos of what I ordered vs what I received and they claim they got the order correct Offered me 10 to go away I will say the hair is real I may be able to color but who wants the bother Avoid this company like the plague

the hair color is the same as in the ad the execution is completely different it s a scam

What I got did not look good there was no blending it to the scalp the hair was folded back and would not come forward to hide it so it just looked like a dead cat sitting on my head the colors looked terrible and I had to pay to ship it back which was going to be expensive and got a big whopping 10 gift for my next order like that was going to happen don t waste your money or your time they are just there using vulnerable people wanting to look good

I don t think this shop deserves even 1 star but no option to make a review otherwise It promotes itself as adahair co uk when in fact they are in China making it impossible to bring them to task for a returns and refund They responded to my complaint as to the colour I received not matching at all to the photographs of the beach blonde colour advertised They would not accept a problem lying with them and their product They offer you can return should you wish but because return costs to China are very expensive they advise you might like to reorder but no refund I must add the halo hair you receive is shocking in quality and the band with the clips is very thick and would be difficult to hide if you have fine hair I do not believe what you see on their promotional videos etc is what you receive No blame is taken by this company and no refund is offered Scam Stay well clear
