BEWARE
BEWARE - do not trust I took Rob Beckett to court He charged me 10 000 VAT when he shouldn t have Instead of paying this to HMRC or paying me back he pocketed the money I received judgement however could not enforce as he immediately put the company into liquidation No warranty no comeback no integrityAs you can see from his website he removes negative reviews hence the low score Keep in mind we won our court case so he still owes us 10 000 yes 10 000 pounds

Great service very happy with result
As architects and self builders we are very picky with detail and quality of finish Rob at Toucan is very particular with detail also and was onsite to ensure survey and install ran smoothly Having had a bad experience with another glazing company on another project we were initially unsure about paying the full balance before install 50 initially and remaining balance 2 days before install however having discussed with Rob he explained the reason and we were happy to move forward The glass is a big investment for us and we are thrilled we were introduced to Toucan and Rob who made the process stress free We d be more than happy to recommend to friends and family Thanks again Rob and team

Absolutely brilliant - would highly recommend
Rob and his team were absolutely brilliant We couldn t be any happier The process from initial discussion to survey and finally to installation was seamless and we felt fully supported along the way We were worried about a measurement our mistake not Toucans and Rob was incredibly quick to make sure all was well and solved any potential issue before they arose We went for the Smart Alitherm Heritage range and were really impressed with the competitive price timescales and finish All pre-arranged site visits were attended on time and both Rob and his colleague were lovely to work with We would highly recommend Toucan and wouldn t hesitate to use them again Thanks Rob and team
