I ve purchased items off ToyDemon since 2014 I personally never had any major issues with any of my orders with the site I never needed to use customer support so I personally don t know how fast they would respond to any issues They had a huge selection of products before covid however during the pandemic it seems they have limited there selection down abit They also have many different shipping options to choose from

Very surprised about fast service
I have ordered a lot of toys from different sites before The first toy arrived veery fast within 4 days That s from the US to Germany Normally I d have to wait weeks or even moths for these kinds of orders They shipped it out very fast one day after my order was made The toy is in very good condition and hasn t been opened before Feels really good to have a proper toy Will probably order more from the site if I need more
