I bought some Karaoke files they never came and never got my refund I do not think tradebit check the honesty of their clients And there is no response from tradebit I don t know what else to say I am really disappointed Juanmanuel Garcia

Car Manual never received

I ordered a digital download of a repair service manual for a car I am working on The manual was advertised as being instantly available once I paid the 14 95 After I paid for the digital download I was instructed to download the manual but when I opened the file it was instructions for opening an account to actually receive the manual from a different website That website wanted another 19 95 to supposedly access the manual So I paid 14 95 just to be redirected to a site where I d have to pay an additional 19 95 I have contacted tradebit s support and have yet to even receive confirmation from tradebit about a refund I also contacted the Better Business Bureau Very dissatisfied unable to do the repairs on my vehicle and very annoyed with this whole ordeal I will never trust tradebit com for anything

Tradebit ripped me off

Tradebit ripped me off Gave my money from mycard and the pages just flipped around and never sent me my repair manual for 1994 arrowstar minivan And there s no way to contact them If you don t think this is useful trade it getting ripped off for 14 wasent real useful to me

My Dad was a master mechanic and I have seen dozens of car manuals What TradeBit offers is far from any useful manual I got dozens of files in the zip many just title pages Most spoke of the electrical system The content range from the idiotic equivalent to don t put your finger in a blender to the obtuse where only a manufacturer could use not a repair shop They simply took any and all docs they could find on my model and bundled them They don t check for usefulness etc Also one of the largest file could not be opened still waiting for their response on this I wanted body info eg door panel removal etc and got none such Total waste of money and time Fortunately not that much money - so they know I will not likely waste more time fighting this Dan

A while ago I purchade a car manual it was not the correct model as listed I complained and they promised that they would investigate Never heard anymore Decided to give them a 2nd chance with a download for another car this time the model was right but the quality of scan was a joke and utterly useless This is a ripp off stay away

Waste of money for auto repair manual for 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD I paid for access to what was advertised as the GM Factory Service and Repair Manual The information I have access to however is almost useless There are no pictures no diagrams no maintenence information no table of contents or usable index no detailed repair procedures almost nothing useful Any diagrams referenced in the guide ended up being links to 3rd party auto parts online catalogs A Chilton s or Haynes manual is lightyears beyond this It is definitely NOT the factory service manual which consists of several volumes of highly detailed and illustrated procedures diagrams and specifications I have asked for my money back Huge disappointment I wish I would have found these other reviews before I gave them money It is my opinion that tradekey and repairsurge com are untrustworthy companies Stay away

If you need a refund just go through your Bank Credit Card or Paypal and just do a charge back if you want a refund from these guys otherwise good luck plus if you go this route it will also cost them for the charge back
