John was truly a big help I was frustrated at the start of our call and a bit overwhelmed but he listened to me and provided helpful information to ensure I know what I am doing when I return to Trademark Engine I really listened and that is why I plan to use Trademark once I have my ducks in a row and am better prepared to file my application

The team at Trademark Engine is easy to reach and works to solve your problems I have worked with numerous online services like Trademark Engine and their process to purchase is the fastest and easiest The only thing that I don t like is the automatic subscription to the Trademark Monitoring service for 199 which you cannot cancel online You must call them to cancel BEFORE your 7-day trial period ends It feels like a little bit of a hustle for a subscription service which I found annoying more than anything Once I called it was no big deal to cancel but you do need to listen to a pitch about why you should keep it The great news their customer experience teams are friendly nice and work to help you solve your problem

Overall great service

Answering was a little slow at times but other than that great customer service and friendly personable service They got me connected with the help that I needed

Michael did a great job in helping me to solve my injuries and he also kept to his word and gave me a follow up call to provide an update His service was greatly appreciated
