I unsubscribed over a year ago and last night I got their junk out of the blue You cannot lawfully re-subscribe me without my consent You ve heard of GDPR right You are registered with the ICO right Since you both a data controller and data processor Right That s the law EDIT You are NOT registered with the ICO so your pathetic response means nothing How can I downgrade you to zero stars Get registered and stay legal If you are registered as you legally should be what is your registration number It amazes me how many of these competition companies accidently opt all their customers back in Especially when a big draw or undersold draw is soon to take place Why would anyone trust you with their money given you have such a blatant disregard for the law EDIT 2024-04-30And as if by magic Trade Tool Giveways are finally registered with the ICO from 2024-04-25 ZB685088 Now if we can sort out the automatic opt-ins we d be getting somewhere

This was a Competition Site that I was hoping to use frequently due to the many attractive prizes I asked a simple question as to whether they provided entry lists like many of the other Competition Sites so I would be able to check for my name if I was to do a Postcard entry I also intended to do paid entries this I pointed out in the question They answered initially stating GDPR I asked for further clarification they instantly blocked me deleted my messages I know this because I checked Facebook post on my partners account This behaviour seems very suspicious to me as other sites that I have enquired exactly the same question have been on the whole extremely helpful I have since purchased many paid tickets from them aswell as some Postcard entries Why would they react this way if they were being fair transparent I will not be using Trade Tool Giveaways again in the future there are many more helpful transparent competition sites out there I recommend using them instead

Be extremely wary of this site Every single winner on the 9 10 23 have won in the last 5 draws Either they are extremely lucky and they must be spending an absolute fortune on tickets I would recommend cutting out the middleman and just put your money down the drain They also do NOT hype up entering for free the same as the paid tickets

Despite 3 attempts to make contact by completing contact form i have had no reply Seem to be only interested in taking your money than providing good customer service

Pretty sure it s rigged and no that s not me being a sore loser because I haven t won anything merely observing the winners list week in week week out Definitely the same winners all the time and I m sorry it s garbage the excuse if you buy more tickets more chances etc Well some people must be gambling thousands to win the prizes they re winning Best advice would be to avoid

Let a few new names win to reel customers in but majority of wins are same names week after week you can t be that lucky with capped ticket entries otherwise you d be laying golden eggs Look at draw results and work it out for yourselfs

Seems pretty unrealistic that over the last month the same guys won 5 times and all the big prizes lol from time seems like a con my money wont be going to it again just research how many times a guy called luke shipwright has won No one is that lucky

Deceptive emails telling you to click a button to collect your payment but of course it is not true Hard to trust a company that tries to deceive you like this Will stick to other comp companies from now on plenty to choose from
