Fast ordering on line with prompt delivery from the courier - can t wait to put my Pergola up this one replaces one I ve had for years that many storms later finally gave out

Great Customer Service

Purchased a Grey 7ft x 4ft Lockable Garden Metal Storage Shed at a very competitive price compared to a similar shed in a well known large DIY store There was a delay of 3 days delivery due to Evri mess up but one phone call to Trade Warehouse customer services and there extremely good service it was sorted-new replacement order put on delivered 2 days later with DX Brilliant customer service Now the shed when the 2 boxes arrived I thought theres no way thats going to make a 7 x4 shed but to my surprise it did During the build It seemed a bit flimsy but once finished its actually quite rigid sturdy All pre-drilled holes etc fitted exactly-very clever build The instructions-all in picture form can be a bit of a puzzle-back tracking now again to ensure we were on the right track and 5 hours into a suggested build time of 8 hours we were going for a world record had it all up with just the doors to go and then there were the doors - the most difficult-confusing part of the build - it was like something from the Krypton Factor Just over 2hrs later - bald patches from all the head scratching we finally had them done and fitted taking us to a total of 7hrs 20minutes - does need 2 people though as suggested The shed itself as said is quite sturdy good value but I personally think the doors let it down - having said that for the price paid and over 100 cheaper than a similar one elsewhere then I m not complaining All in all a good buy and definitely would use Trade Warehouse again

We ordered 2 water butts for a project in Kent they arrived exactly as described on the website fairly priced and delivery was very prompt Can t ask for more than that

Trade warehouse awnings

I was dubious about using online purchases BUT went ahead and ordered an awning 3 days later I had delivery guys ringing me to book my slot All went OK on erecting the awning and found it easy to do all was OK for a couple of days and then the motor developed a glitch I initially thought oh no that s it now I m going to be landed with a lot of pillar to post phone calls and being past onto different people who don t know whst they are talking about BUT NOT SO I WAS PAST TO A GUY CALLED ELLIOT who asked me to send a short video on whats app to assess the fault 2 days later I recieved a call off him to say he had booked a replacement and it would be here in 2 days and sure enough 2 days later I got the call it was the delivery guys arranging a time The new awning went up on the original brackets so just a half hour job to swop I cannot express enough the admiration that I have for the quality of service that I have recieved from Trade Warehouse Would I use them again DAMN RIGHT I WOULD Kind Regards Jim Graveson

Good service straight forward order and it arrived as sold Shame such a price for a small piece of cast downpipe having a postage charge of a large piece of gutter but I was grateful to receive it
