Carers are very good with my mum they have built a good relationship

I have three really good carers I like get on with the standard of care is very good the hours are very flexible and staffs are very punctual the management also listens and in all sort they Do their best to Do the people s Need And I would highly recommend Trailblazer The very best care company I had JENSEENA is very friendly and she is also funny she can only see the positive in people and if they have negative she gave motivation and make it really positive 10 10 ROBERT I met Robert on day one he has a very calm and affected he is very respectful and also good to chat with he is also very good with personal care and is also very accure I enjoying being around him and feel comfortable 10 10 KRUPA is very friendly she is very respectful and I also find she is easy to talk to and she is quiet calm and she is also good at care 10 10

Since being introduced to trailblazers I have been so impressed with the carers sensitivity and attentive approach to supporting my Dad Being unsure of how he would accept someone new into his life they have done a wonderful job of putting him at ease and me too knowing that they re there when I can t be They are in constant communication and always willing to help I would definitely recommend trailblazers to anyone looking for carer support

Trailblazers is a great organisation They re very flexible and helpful My brothers support worker is very patient supportive and passionate

Very kind and friendly carers They have been so helpful i have never missed my appointments they are always there to take me there My social life has been amazing I m really enjoying their company The carers cook well and all my meals are always good I m very happy with the care

Melisa is so kind caring and understanding of my mental health and i can be difficult to manage on the 18th of June I had a very serious relapse in my mental health melisa went above and beyond in my care that day and supported me to try again to build my self back up I would just like to say thankyou And as an employee I hope you value how fantastic she is in performing her job she makes my difficult days shine Thankyou Mandy

I wanted to express my extreme gratitude for the care you guys provided to my Dad over the last 26 27months XXX was diagnosed with vascular dementia c 3 years ago and I moved them to be closer to me so that I could help more but integral to XXX s care was to get care support from a suitably trained team You guys were allocated to us by Calderdale council and from the start you have been an absolute godsend to Mum and Dad and to us as a family There were many carers that attended to XXX along the way however I wanted to specifically mention a few in particular who have been absolutely amazing and I know they grew to really care and love my Dad Those people were and apologies I don t know their full formal names RonnieCooperAnd WillieRonnie and Cooper were with Dad in his last few days and I also know they were very upset to see Dad deteriorate and then sadly pass away however I really want them to be recognised for their absolute quality care that they provided to XXX XXX grew to love them and responded more when it was one of them that attended to him he d always ask is it Ronnie Cooper Willie My Dad was my world but we effectively lost a bit more of the man he was every day across his 3years of illness however knowing he was truly cared for by the above team means the world I hope they are each ok and that they continue to provide fabulous care to other people in need they are very special people and I just want them each to know that they made a huge difference to XXX and to his family Thankyou

A massive THANK YOU to superstars Roney and Krupa for making it through the bad snow and terrible road condition recently to attend my mum at her regular time as well You and the rest of the team are Brilliant
