They ll gladly take your money
They ll gladly take your money they just won t give you any customer service to go along with it I received my first order quickly I then contacted them because the bolt kits they sold to go with it did not fit The tongue was 3x3 The ubolt kit was 3 long so you can t attach the nuts I wasn t too worried I got some from Home Depot to solve the problem I emailed them about that and about trying to get someone on the phone to talk about a part After 3 emails and 6 weeks later I finally got a reply from some rude person who obviously skimmed my email and gave me a worthless reply I asked for a manager to get back to me Crickets Bottom line is they ll gladly take your money but don t give a crap about their customers You can t use covid as an excuse if you are taking orders You have to supply the support They truly earned a 1 star review

Has to be the worst experience ever
Has to be the worst experience ever ordering parts online And yes they have charge my credit card for the parts I ordered parts on May 26 2020 and still have not received an email of shipment on June 10 2020 I ve tried to call the phone number numerous times with no answers I did receive parts today for in the mail from trailer parts com which were not my parts It even has a different customer name on the invoice I ve tried to call the customer service number and they say they re closed due to the Covide As we know New Jersey is wide open As of this date so why aren t they open Very very poor service You cannot call and physically talk to anyone I should ve used Amazon

Zero customer service
Ordered 2 trailer hub kits the kits came with seals that did not fit the hubs in the kits When I called to get it straitened out I was told We re just a distributor if you have a problem call the maker of the product They offered zero help wasted my time

They do not respond to any communication blaming COVID 19
We are a Trailer repair center and thought we would give trailerparts com a try to see if they are a potential vendor for us We buy 25-35K per year This was a bad idea in so many ways I tried to reach their order desk for two days then finally decided to take a chance and place the order online I did receive an automated order confirmation but 12 days later still no order I called them and now their phone message says they have no customer service person to answer the phone due to Covid 19 As we all know this is BS because business all over the nation are operating very effectively I emailed to find out if my order is in process or on back order and no response Regardless of Covid 19 or any other excuse I would not do business with this company ever again Don t be fooled with the COVID 19 excuse for not returning email corispondence

Run far and fast from this business They don t answer the phones or emails and I ve been waiting since July for replacement parts that I ve pretty much accepted that I won t be getting them

If I could give a ZERO
If I could give a ZERO I would Ordered parts on a Sunday with an expected date of that Friday Had to call and ask for a tracking number Really Did the parts come on Friday NOPE Saturday NOPE When I finally tracked down the order at the local Post Office I knew I was in trouble When I claimed the shipment at the Post Office I was presented with a 10 dollar clevis pin not the 156 complete brake set I ordered Needless to say I was unhappy When a disagreeable woman returned my call she did not care Offered a refund only When I demanded she ship out the parts overnight she refused Meanwhile back at my garage with a camper brake refresh project all over my floor I contemplated my destroyed Spring Break plans

Bought a hitch online and when I called
Bought a hitch online and when I called to get a status a week later I got no shipping confirmation they told me that they cancelled the order because they do not carry that hitch anymore No email call or anything telling me this The customer service was beyond horrible Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else Still have not gotten my money back either

DO NOT UES THIS COMPANY
I ordered a new axel waited 2 1 2 months for it to get shipped arrived missing parts and damage to spindle threads called company explained the issue told me missing parts will be shipped that day and someone will get with me about the damaged threads Well i cant wait another 3 months for another axel so i took it back off trailer took it to the shop to get threads fixed Weeks later still haven t received missing parts Called them today sure enough parts never shipped nasty customer service horrible company to do business with Guess i have to go buy missing parts because I dont think they will ever ship they got my money and thats the end to them

RUN STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN
Ordered parts that were in stock 2 weeks ago Took my money and ghosted me Unwilling to respond to calls or emails No way possible to check order status upgrade shipping or even cancel order due to the time sensitivity of parts i ordered They have not responded to numerous attempts COVID does not excuse lack of common customer courtesy or any kind of service to the customer If you like the feeling of not knowing WHEN or IF you will ever get the parts you paid for this is the place for you
