It takes time but is worth it

A really really good company helped me remove a CCJ I worked with Charlotte Liston she was very kind with me and made everything right even sometimes I was bothering her she was really good with me and explain me everything The wait time was 16-20 weeks and the answer came in about 8 weeks It takes time but it Worth it

I couldn t be more delighted with the service I received from Treadstone Polite knowledgeable people who fully explained the whole process and offered support and advice throughout Emily Gough was fantastic Checking in with follow up emails to ensure I was aware of how things were moving along Even after the case was resolved to ensure I was happy with the outcome I highly recommend this service

Highly recommend Treadstone Law

Helped me get CCJ removed Emily was very helpful and very easy to deal with Kept me informed every step of the way which made the process easy The whole process took a couple of months and my credit improved instantly once CCJ was removed Emily at Treadstone Law would definitely be my first option if I ever had any problems again

Treadstone and all staff were absolutely fantastic Good at receiving and giving calls and updates They took the worry from the whole process and my CCJ is removed as if it never happened The only delay was the court who had a backlog and this does not reflect on Treadstone An excellent service

What a fantastic firm and the service

What a fantastic firm and the service from Emily Gough was top shelf She knew her stuff gave great advice and was super responsive We went to our high street firm first who wanted three times as much just to review the case and quoted almost ten times as much in total with no confidence in being able to remove the unfairly assigned CCJ Emily on the other hand filled me with confidence from the first call and had the CCJ removed within a few weeks couple of months only Thank you

Could not recommend enough Emily from start to finish was absolutely outstanding I would 100 recommend to anyone Emily went above and beyond if this would have been any other company I would not be in this situation now it was quite a complex CCJ but every hurdle that was thrown at us throughout Emily dealt with updated me and filled me with confidence Thankyou so much

Very helpful and understanding my issue From the day I ask them to assist me to the day the court removed my ccj I will highly recommend them I dealt with Charlotte and Emily who have been fantastic throughout this whole stressful time on my part as it was not my fault Followed the instructions and they did most of the work

Excellent Service

After being told for years by multiple solicitors it was impossible to have my CCJ removed Treadstone came to the rescue They took a detailed history of my case successfully negotiated with the creditor and put together a strong case for the court for it s removal It took around 6 months in total but the majority of that time was waiting around for the court Regardless I was updated regularly with their expected waiting times I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who has had these issues

Great experience

I contacted this firm about a CCJ and they advised based on my evidence I have a strong case on getting this set aside Everything ran smoothly and although they reached out about a delay with the courts side it was still successfully concluded within the timeframe that they originally mentioned With this off my account I have now been in the process of securing a mortgage and things are going great Thanks for the help Emily Bradley and the rest of the team who helped
