Do not order from this website I paid with Zelle and the payment is marked Completed I did not receive my order after 3 weeks My bank is sending me to Zelle and Zelle is sending me to my bank No way to get money back

I placed my order on 4 17 20 Luckily it was a small order and totaled 12 45 On 4 29 I still hadn t received a shipping confirmation or anything so I reached out by email There s a direct email address on the receipt and on the website info their website I politely requested a status update and expressed understanding for the COVID situation and possible related delays I received no response I reached out again in May Again no response Today I tried the phone number It rang and rang and rang and then went to a busy signal I finally filed a complaint and submitted a review on BBB and found that I m sadly in good company I got lucky as well Many of the others submitting complaints lost a lot more than 12 I m in the middle of filing a fraud claim with my bank as my last resort to get my money back At the end of the day at least I m only out 12 I m so sad for everyone who is out so much more

yes it is a scam Patrick Kompf drug addict spent time in jail for scamming people then I lent him 5000 to start doing it again if I had known he would never have been able to get back in business I have known pat for 30 years sorry for trusting him my fault sorry

Garbage company does not respond to any status updates on your order Had to issue a charge back to get my order shipped Go literally anywhere else

Treeseeds com was a horrible experience

Treeseeds com would not respond to any of my 4 emails 2 voicemails even filling out the contact us page in order to change my shipping option I finlly had enough and emailed through paypal asking to canel and refund I filed a dispute with PayPal and then all of a sudden he cteated a label with tracking about 20 mins after disputing How coincidental I responded back through paypal thsatI didn t want his produxt anymore since it was 13 days since order placed I emailed twice stating as such and no response Working with paypal was also a joke They denied me stating he sent a tracking This seller is completely shady and not reputable I have initiated a chargeback on my card Hopefully this will finally be resolved As a side note I ordered from sheffields seeds after this debacle and it was great The seed looks great and was very well packaged
