I ordered a Pink Vanity and the top part never arrive spent 900 00 Contacted several times they asked me to be patient but I waited months now they do not answer my emails

Terrible customer service from somewhere overseas They made me wait months for a replacement part then told me tough crap and canceled my order

Bait and Switch Keep Your Money

I ordered a 289 table and benches After putting it together realized it was the wrong size They sent me a larger table and benches It doesn t even fit in my dining space plus I ordered custom cushions for the size I thought I was getting Total loss 407 dollars They first tried to tell me that i was wrong i sent them photos twice web link screen shots and they told me they would compensate me 20 I said no thankyou requesting full refund or item i ordered They came back with 45 and told me to sell it Not only poor customer service but illegal practices I will find a way to go above customer service to Sr level Horrible

I d give zero stars if I could Scammer Chinese crap Crappy merchandise and even crappier customer service They are good at talking you in circles in hopes you ll give up and they offer you a fraction of a refund unless you re willing to ship it back to China in the original packaging which I m sure they would then resell it without refunding you anyways The product I purchased a lighted make up desk with mirror for my daughter didn t even last 4 months before the mirror turned black The purchase price was 200 and they offered me 20 refund which I never received This was after about 60 unsigned emails from what I can only imagine was a bot or a different employee each time that had minimal English skills and no customer service history I would absolutely recommend not buying from this company at all

Misinformation on website

I ordered a bookcase online after reading some positive reviews from customers on the company website But right after I placed the order I noticed two discrepancies in the description of the item The measurements for depth written on a diagram were different from those stated under Dimensions on the website The wording also said Corner Bookcase but the photo doesn t show a corner unit The language in the customer service emails to me was not clear obviously written by someone whose first language isn t English Finally after 3 days of back and forth emails I got a straight answer in a phone call and cancelled my order The listing of dimensions was incorrect

Bought a desk of theirs through Wayfair

Bought a desk of theirs through Wayfair and can t figure out how to get the drawer to work To be clear there s no defect or anything everything else was fine but the instructions aren t very clear for this They flat out won t even try to help because I bought from Wayfair and not directly from them Completely ridiculous I just need someone to tell or show me how to get this stupid drawer to slide all the way in

Damaged and missing parts - no replacements sent - poor response from company

I purchased a bookcase by Tribeware on Wayfair in December It arrived damaged and with a missing part I contacted the support team at Tribesign for replacement parts They said they would ship them to me and they would arrive in 3-5 days It s been over a month and after several follow up emails and a phone call to their support team I still have not received the replacement parts My last follow up email went unanswered Super frustrating to not get what you paid for and not receive the support promised I will never buy from them again and would advise against it

Inexpensive so you know the quality is not going to be amazing But that is not the problem The problem is zero customer service Product arrived damaged and the company has not responded to any contact attempt Cheap Chinese made furniture with non-existent customer service Do Not do it buy something better quality and more reputable
