Mouldy fruit and bad service
Half of the fruit was mouldy when I received them a week after ordering and I messaged them about it saying I wanted either a part refund or a voucher but I was completely ignored so will never use this company again

Poor Communication
I am really disappointed with Tropifruit I ordered a box and it was delicious so I ordered a second box half of which had gone rotten I tried to discuss this with the company who asked for photographic evidence Who keeps rotten fruit I had already binned it
