From first ordering to delivery a first class service Customer service was very helpful and informative thanks Laura I ordered a 26metre kit which came with all that was required for installation - including the screwdriver bit and finishing trims Delivery was swift and on time - the driver was very polite and friendlyInstallation is straight forward and the finished product Ash composite decking looks excellent

What a company to deal with I purchased 85sqm of composite decking which is like Lego to lay Looks amazing but asides from the product the customer service and the delivery team are first class I would recommend this company on price customer service and peace of mind A all round

An excellent service I asked for a sample and it was there in 2 days so I ordered my cladding and that was delivered within 3 more days Sarah has great communication skills and she kept me posted on the price the delivery and anything else that I required The driver rang me as promised by Sarah 30 mins before he arrived and we offloaded and away he went no hassle a pleasure to do business with and the cladding is amazing and by far the best price that I received I will definitely be using this company again 10 out of 10 Highly recommend

Good product good price quick delivery delighted customer

I found the choice of products to be amazing and decided on the Toronto 40mm grass Ordering is simple and the price is good Very quick delivery although a little more notice could be given 30 minutes is not ideal The driver helped me to get the grass through to the back garden and I managed to lay it easily I m 77 The overall effect is just like a well cared for lawn but without the need for mowing I would not hesitate to recommend Tuda Grass

Acoustic panels

We ordered some acoustic panels for a small project in our dining area They turned up the next day Unfortunately there was a slight mix up where a couple of the wrong style of panel had been sent customer service were amazing and immediately shipped out a replacement the next day There was another slight mix up with the number of panels that should have been delivered and finally we decided that we didn t need the extra one - despite all the confusion and many phone calls back and forth it was absolutely no problem to customer services Thank you so much to Laura for sorting out this slightly farcical issue The panels themselves are absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted - would highly recommend this company and we will definitely use you again
