Products came as shown online My order was mis delivered unfortunately so it came a day later than expected but i was in no hurry to get it so I didn t mind waiting I like using this product way more than Q-tips to clean my ear though I d say this should mostly be for people with a lot of accumulated earwax then you ll really see the results of how much earwax this product removes Since I have very little myself nothing really comes out of my ear when I use it to clean my inner ear but I like it regardless because it s designed to clean it regardless if you have very little to almost no earwax Then again Q-tips aren t recommended nor meant for at all when cleaning your inner ear because you re pushing the earwax deeper into your ear Canal towards the eardrum by doing so which makes me regret not buying something like this sooner instead of constantly using Q-tips for the vast majority of my life Inside the box comes an instruction manual the t-vidler body stick and six white ultra soft spiral silicone heads grooves It includes warning precautions slips that indicates to not force the product inside the ear canal because of the potential damage it can cause to your eardrum turn it clockwise 4 times when using NOT counter clock wise always wash the tip after each use not to be used on children pets people with very delicate sensitive ears hearing etc Overall I m happy that I bought it wouldn t trade for any other product that s designed for the purpose of deep ear cleaning These products are shipped from Lithuania and there s a 30 day return policy If all goes well they ll arrive to the US between 8-12 business days 5-12 business days in Europe and 8-15 Business days internationally
