Works perfectly
We have been using Tvmucho for over a year now and find it a really good value service and customer service is usually excellent what happened last Saturday 27march was obviously out of their control and they must have been inundated with calls The only criticism we have is that we have to keep signing in but otherwise we think it s a great service

i was able to sign up with not too much
I ve been using TVMucho since 2017 and I must say when everything works correctly it is brilliant but when it doesn t it is really frustrating and annoying Over the past year or so I have done more than my fair share of complaining However having recently received help and assistance from their customer support things are back to normal so a big thank you I can now watch the rest of the olympics uninterrupted

Perfect app for those who live abroad
I m giving TVMucho a 5 Star review basically because it does what it says on the tin and it does that very well I was looking for a way to view IRL UK terrestrial channels and I was not very interested in having a 1 001 channels to choose from as seems to be what the IPTV services think is a good idea I do have a couple of niggles but have found a way round these First while I would watch TVMucho on my phone and laptop from time to time I really wanted something that I could view on our TV but there is no TV App available that would allow me to login and view directly through my TV interface But this lead to another reason why I m giving TVMucho 5 Star their support I got in touch through their Chat to ask if there was a TV app I could install After a couple of short questions with a bot I was connected to a live agent OK as it turned out there was no TV embedded app but I was told of the option to use Miracast Their online support was swift and helpful I did have a 5 year old Android tablet running Lollipop 5 0 1 and I installed Miracast and the TVMucho app This has worked out really well and doubles up as a great remote control On the TVMucho console there are a couple of things I particularly like 1 The channel grouping by country Their target market they say is the ex pat and it is nice just to be able to get the selection of channels you re used to at home Similarly this filter keeps the listings clean and easy to scroll through The layout of the channel listings particularly on the larger tablet screen is good with just enough information in each box to see what is on offer 2 Record feature Yes I know recording programmes to watch later isn t really a novel feature but I like the simplicity of this on the app Simply pick the programme from the TV guide and it s dropped into your scheduled list When the actual recording is done it pops into your available list Then one touch for playback I ve had no issues with quality of recordings when I ve used this 3 General layout I like the simple uncluttered layout The menu options are accessed from a small TV icon on the footer of the screen and the options are then displayed in a clear semi-circle with nice legible icons As mentioned already the channel listings are nicely laid out with a brief outline of each programme The TV guide first gives a listing of the next couple of programmes with multiple channels on screen Then tapping on the channel you want brings up a full 24 hour guide Again very clearly laid out My second niggle is on pricing The do offer a free one hour per day viewing which is great to get a feel for the service and what it offers However it s 72 per year expat package and double that for the family package That might not be bad pricing if your are permanently living abroad and are using the service daily but I think the guys in TVMucho are missing a trick I would like to be able to buy credit so that when I m on business travel or holidays I can buy blocks of hours for viewing Also there s a market for those who don t have a multiscreen subscription at home to avoid family arguments I have intentionally not used the Cinema or Videos features as I really only want a plain vanilla package This is where I think TVMucho may come undone I think with PZAZ and trying to offer more they will end up with less subscribers I think that if they stick to offering an excellent service on the basic home country channels they could carve out a really healthy niche Based on my experience so far I have no hesitation in recommending it Time will tell if they can keep the quality of service going Muchas Gracias
