From day 1 to today s final installation every process was smooth and hassle free TWC salesperson are not pushy at all they are polite and honest and the customer care is fantastic The installer Valdi was a professional person was polite and honest he even showed me a damaged panel which was cleverly patched up with paint which is not acceptable so Valdi will report this matter and replace the middle panel and he also said Door Yale sensor was not provided this will fitted when they replace the middle panel Overall Fantastic Job

Really liked that the sales guy was not pushy spent a few hours with us helping us decide best options for our front door and didn t ask us to make minds up there and then really liked this so many sales try and push it on you and TWC didn t would highly recommend The two guys who installed for us were really lovely and friendly too makes such a change to what experiences we had in the past

Fitters turned up at agreed time and fitted the french door with with no problems They were very helpful to assist moving items that I was unable to move myself and replace them when the work was completed Would highly recommend this company

Callum Hill cold called promoting TWC very polite and explained what the company was about I needed to replace 3 front windows so requested an appointment Jed Avery was friendly professional and extremely informative and explained how the windows were made and what materials used and where was no hard sell The day of the fitting Joe Razz were both excellent they were polite and worked well and left the place clean and tidy Very happy with windows and workmanship and would defiantly recommend this company

The whole service from start to finish was perfect from the salesman the surveyor the fitters and the office staff All very informative and precise It was a pleasure to have Stu and Max in my home Very efficient workers and very clean and tidy I am very pleased with my new windows would definitely use TWC again
