Initial quote and then measurement were all very clear what was happening and easy to understand with clear emails about what was happening and when Installation was efficient and clean with care taken over the rest of our property and all tidied up afterwards Lovely job exactly what we wanted

The team were very responsive communicative and helpful Luke came up with a great solution to improve our small and uninspiring back patio When problems arose during the build - as they always do - Scott solved the problems quickly and efficiently Russell the architect tech was helpful in getting our buildover agreement completed in a timely manner and Rebecca communicated regularly about the project progress

We bought a new front door and the experience was brilliant from start to finish Everyone we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable from Barney who helped us in the showroom and explained everything without jargon to John who installed the door neatly quickly and expertly Our new front door feels solid it lets in 10x more light and looks beautiful 100 recommend

Great work great customer service

The guys arrived in the morning and cracked on with the work straight away They were open to me asking questions and checking with me how the work was going They went above and beyond in certain areas where they could have just done what was necessary but they obviously take pride in their work and producing the best they can for themselves and for the customer Couldn t be happier with the result and the work they did

Installation of new door and side window

The people who installed my door and side windowwere polite and efficient I had a problem opening and unlocking the door probably due to the fact that I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis I contacted the company and someone from the service department came to help me and resolved the problem A few days later someone else from the service departmentcalled with a key extension which is very helpful

Excellent experience

I m not a fan of conservatories but I had no alternative given our location Sean was fabulous he answered my many questions and he drew redrew different looks styles We finally agreed on a style and paid the deposit All the tradespeople were polite professional and tidy We really didn t have a problem at all My much dreaded conservatory is now my favourite room Would highly recommend

Very pleased with installation of two opening windows in our kitchen and study Windows look terrific and the installers were good to work with - Dan and Adam They were careful neat and professional and paid great attention to detail Dan explained things during the install and they took great care with everything they did We are very happy with the result which has greatly improved the look and feel of the house The whole process went smoothly and we are delighted with the result
